Description
Claims (7)
- GCカラムクリーナー本体と、
洗浄対象であるGCカラムが収容される恒温チャンバと、
前記GCカラムクリーナー本体内に設けられ、一側に、前記GCカラムを洗浄するための洗浄液と洗浄気体が供給され、他側に、前記GCカラムの一端部が連結される洗浄瓶と、
前記洗浄瓶に洗浄液を供給する洗浄液供給部と、
前記洗浄瓶に洗浄気体を供給する洗浄気体供給部と、
前記GCカラムに対する特性情報が入力される入力部と、
前記入力部に入力された特性情報によって、前記洗浄液供給部と前記洗浄気体供給部の動作を制御する制御部を含み、
前記GCカラムクリーナー本体と前記恒温チャンバはカップラーによって連結され、
前記洗浄液供給部は、複数種類の洗浄液のいずれかを供給するように構成され、
前記洗浄液供給部は、
一端部がそれぞれ、互いに種類が異なる洗浄液貯蔵タンクに連結される複数の第1の供給管と、
一端部は、前記第1の供給管の他端部に連結され、他端部は、前記洗浄瓶に連結される第2の供給管と、
前記第1の供給管と前記第2の供給管の連結部に設置され、前記複数種類の洗浄液のいずれか1つが選択的に第2の供給管に供給されるように連結する流路選択部材と、
前記第2の供給管の中間に設置され、前記第2の供給管に供給される洗浄液を前記洗浄瓶に供給するポンプとを含むことを特徴とするGCカラムクリーナー。 - 前記制御部は、所定の投入量の洗浄液を前記洗浄瓶に先に供給し、ついで、所定の供給時間だけ、前記洗浄瓶に前記洗浄気体を供給し、前記洗浄気体の圧力により、前記洗浄瓶内の前記洗浄液がGCカラム内に注入されて洗浄が行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のGCカラムクリーナー。
- 前記制御部は、前記入力された特性情報により、前記洗浄液の投入量、前記洗浄気体の供給圧力、及び、前記洗浄気体の供給時間の少なくともいずれか1つを設定し、
前記特性情報は、GCカラムのメーカー、GCカラムチューブの内径、GCカラムチューブの長さ、GCカラムチューブ内のコーティング剤の種類、及び、使用した分析試料の種類のうち、少なくともいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のGCカラムクリーナー。 - 前記制御部は、前記特性情報により決められた種類の洗浄液が洗浄瓶に供給されるように、前記洗浄液供給部の動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のGCカラムクリーナー。
- 前記洗浄気体供給部は、
一端部は、洗浄気体貯蔵タンクに連結され、他端部は、前記洗浄瓶に連結される第3の供給管と、
前記第3の供給管の中間に設置され、洗浄気体の供給を断続する開閉弁とを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のGCカラムクリーナー。 - 前記制御部は、前記ポンプと開閉弁の動作を制御して、前記洗浄液の投入量又は洗浄気体の供給時間の少なくともいずれか1つを調節することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のGCカラムクリーナー。
- 更に、前記恒温チャンバの内部を加熱するヒーターとを含み、
前記GCカラムの両端部は、恒温チャンバの外部に露出し、前記両端部のいずれか1つは、前記洗浄瓶の一側に連結され、
前記制御部は、前記恒温チャンバが所定の温度範囲に維持されるように、前記ヒーターを制御することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のGCカラムクリーナー。
