Claims (9)
- 基体と、第1導電層と、及び前記第1導電層を前記基体の第1面に接着するための第1接続層とを含み、
前記第1導電層における前記第1接続層に近接した表面には、第1不動態化層が形成されており、
前記基体の第1面には、溝状パターンが設けられ、前記第1接続層は、前記溝状パターンに充填され、
前記溝状パターンは、1つ又は複数の孔からなり、
少なくとも1つの前記孔は前記基体を貫通するか、あるいは少なくとも1つの前記孔は前記基体を貫通しないことを特徴とする複合集電体。 - 前記複合集電体は、前記基体の第2面に第2導電層を接着する第2接続層と、前記第2接続層に近接する表面に第2不動態化層が形成された前記第2導電層と、をさらに備える請求項1に記載の複合集電体。
- 前記基体の厚さは、2μm~36μmであり、前記第1接続層の厚さは、0.2μm~2μmであり、前記第1導電層の厚さは、100nm~5000nmであり、前記第1不動態化層の厚さは、5nm~200nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合集電体。
- 前記基体は、ポリエチレンフィルム、ポリプロピレンフィルム、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ポリエチレンナフタレートフィルム、ポリ(p-フェニレンテレフタルアミド)フィルム、ポリイミドフィルム、ポリカーボネートフィルム、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンフィルム、ポリオキシメチレンフィルム、ポリパラフェニレンスルフィドフィルム、ポリパラフェニレンエーテルフィルム、ポリ塩化ビニルフィルム、ポリアミドフィルム、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムのうち、少なくとも1つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合集電体。
- 前記第1接続層は、ポリウレタン、エポキシ樹脂、ポリアクリレート、ポリ酢酸ビニル、不飽和ポリエステル、フェノール樹脂、尿素樹脂、変性ポリオレフィン樹脂、有機シリコーン樹脂、エチレン-アクリル共重合体、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリアミドのうち、少なくとも1つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合集電体。
- 前記第1不動態化層は、酸化アルミニウム層、酸化チタン層、酸化ジルコニウム層、窒化アルミニウム層、窒化チタン層、炭化チタン層、炭化ジルコニウム層、二酸化ケイ素層、窒化ケイ素、炭化ケイ素層、アルミニウムクロメート層のうち、少なくとも1つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合集電体。
- 前記第1導電層は、アルミニウム、銅、ニッケル、鉄、チタン、銀、金、コバルト、クロム、モリブデン、タングステンのうち、少なくとも1つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合集電体。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の複合集電体と、
前記複合集電体の第1導電層における基体から離れる表面に設けられた活物質層と、を備えることを特徴とする電極シート。 - 請求項8に記載の電極シートを備えることを特徴とする電気化学デバイス。
