MGC社のLumiplus LPJ-1102を材料として用いて、緩衝型スペーサが適用されたモールドキャスティング方法で厚さが0.5mmおよび532nm波長における光屈折率が1.70のプラスチックレンズ基材を製造した。製造されたプラスチックレンズ基材の厚さ偏差は0.5%であった。

Claims (11)
- プラスチック導光基材と、前記プラスチック導光基材上に備えられた、回折導光パターンを含む回折導光部とを含み、
前記プラスチック導光基材の厚さは0.4mm以上1.5mm以下であり、
前記プラスチック導光基材の平均厚さに対する厚さ偏差は1%以下であり、
前記プラスチック導光基材上の長さ30mmあたりの回折光の全反射回数が40回以上100回以下であり、
前記プラスチック導光基材は、532nm波長における光屈折率が1.8以上であり、粒径が50nm以下である無機粒子を含み、
前記無機粒子の含有量は、前記プラスチック導光基材の高分子マトリックス100重量部に対して、20重量部以上70重量部以下である、ウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記プラスチック導光基材の532nm波長における光屈折率は1.65以上である、請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 視野角が30゜以上である、請求項1または2に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記回折導光パターンのピッチ(Pitch)は100nm以上800nm以下であり、高さが500nm以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記プラスチック導光基材のヘイズ(Haze)は1%以下である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記プラスチック導光基材の532nm波長における光透過率は80%以上である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記プラスチック導光基材のガラス転移温度(Tg)は40℃以上である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記回折導光部は、光が入射する第1領域および移動した光が抽出される第2領域を含むものである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記第2領域の回折導光パターンは、一側から他側まで漸進的に高さが増加するものである、請求項8に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記第2領域の回折導光パターンは、一側から他側まで漸進的にデューティ(Duty)が増加するものである、請求項8または9に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記ウェアラブルデバイスは、拡張現実デバイスまたは仮想現実デバイスである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
