図36ないし図38は、本発明の第1実施形態による出光部材を製造する方法とこの方法によって製造された出光部材を説明するための図面である。
第2実施形態
図39ないし図40は、本発明の第2実施形態による出光部材を製造する方法とこの方法によって製造された出光部材を説明するための図面である。
Claims (21)
- 一面に形成された微細パターン部を多数有し、
前記微細パターン部はキャビティを有し、
前記キャビティは、開口から所定の深さに位置した下面と前記下面の各辺に連結された多数の内側面とにより定義され、
前記キャビティは、前記開口から前記下面に行くほど幅が狭くなり、
前記内側面のうち1以上は、前記キャビティの内側方向に凸の曲面であり、
前記曲面は、前記曲面を前記キャビティの中心軸を通って前記下面と前記開口に垂直な方向に切った少なくとも1つの断面において、直線を含む、出光部材。 - ベースシートと、
前記ベースシートの下に多数配置された微細パターン部と、
前記ベースシートの下に配置され、前記ベースシートの端と前記多数の微細パターン部の合間合間に配置されたガードリングと、を含み、
前記微細パターン部は、前記ベースシートの下面と前記下面の各辺に連結された前記ガードリングの内側面により定義されるキャビティを有し、
前記キャビティは、開口から前記ベースシートの下面に行くほど幅が狭くなり、
前記内側面のうち1以上は、前記キャビティの内側方向に凸の曲面であり、
前記曲面は、前記曲面を前記キャビティの中心軸を通って前記下面と前記開口に垂直な方向に切った少なくとも1つの断面において、直線を含む、出光部材。 - 前記微細パターン部は、前記キャビティ内部に配置され、前記下面から前記開口方向に突出された突出パターンを含み、
前記突出パターンは、前記開口方向に行くほど直径が狭くなる円錐台形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の出光部材。 - ベースシートと、
前記ベースシートの下に多数配置された微細パターン部と、
前記ベースシートの下に配置され、前記ベースシートの端と前記多数の微細パターン部の合間合間に配置されたガードリングと、を含み、
前記微細パターン部は、円形の下面と円錐台形状の前記ガードリングの内側面により定義されるキャビティを有し、
前記キャビティは、開口から前記ベースシートの下面に行くほど幅が狭くなり、
前記微細パターン部は、前記ベースシートの下面から前記キャビティの開口方向に突出した突出パターンを含み、
前記突出パターンは、前記開口方向に行くほど直径が狭くなる円錐台形状を有する、出光部材。 - 一面に形成された出光パターンを有する出光部と、
前記出光パターンのうち一部の出光パターン上に配置され、前記出光部に入射された光を全反射するためのレジンと、
前記レジンと残りの出光パターン上に配置され、前記出光部の屈折率よりも相対的に低い屈折率を有するレジン層と、を含み、
前記出光パターンは前記一面に形成され、開口から所定の深さに位置した下面と前記下面の各辺に連結された多数の内側面により定義されるキャビティであり、
前記キャビティは前記開口から前記下面に向かうにつれて幅が狭くなり、
前記内側面のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記キャビティの内側方向に凸の曲面であり、
前記曲面は、前記曲面を前記キャビティの中心軸を通って前記下面と前記開口に垂直な方向に切った少なくとも1つの断面において、直線を含む、出光部材。 - 一面に形成された出光パターンを有する出光部と、
前記出光パターン上に配置され、前記出光部の屈折率よりも相対的に低い屈折率を有するレジン層と、を含み、
前記出光パターンのうち少なくとも一部は熱によって変形された変形パターンであり、
前記出光パターンは前記一面に形成され、開口から所定の深さに位置した下面と前記下面の各辺に連結された多数の内側面により定義されるキャビティである、出光部材。 - 前記キャビティは、前記開口から前記下面に行くほど幅が狭くなり、
前記内側面のうち1以上は、前記キャビティの内側方向に凸の曲面である、請求項6に記載の出光部材。 - 前記出光パターンは、前記キャビティ内部に配置され、前記下面から前記開口方向に突出した突出パターンを含み、
前記突出パターンは、前記開口方向に行くほど直径が狭くなる円錐台形状を有する、請求項5又は7に記載の出光部材。 - 前記内側面上に配置され、前記キャビティの一部又は全部を満たす鏡層をさらに含む、請求項1ないし8の何れか1項に記載の出光部材。
- 光源と、
前記光源から光を上に出光させ、請求項1ないし9の何れか1項に記載の出光部材と、
を含む、ライトユニット。 - 前記出光部材の下に配置され、前記出光部材と接着された導光部材をさらに含み、
前記出光部材は、フレキシブルな材質のフィルムであり、
前記出光部材は、前記導光部材との接着のための接着層を含み、
前記光源は、前記導光部材の一側に配置された、請求項10に記載のライトユニット。 - 前記光源は、前記出光部材の一側部の一側面上に配置され、
前記出光部材の一側部と、前記光源を収納するハウジングと、をさらに含み、
前記出光部材は、前記出光部材の他側部から延び、前記出光部材の一側部方向に折り曲げられた延長部を含み、
前記出光部材は、前記出光部材と前記延長部との間に被光体を収納することができる収納部を有する、請求項10に記載のライトユニット。 - 前記延長部は、前記出光部と対称になる構造を有し、
前記光源は、前記出光部の一側部の一側面と前記延長部の終端部の一側面上に共に配置された、請求項12に記載のライトユニット。 - 前記出光部材は、前記出光部材の他側部から延び、前記出光部材の一側部方向に折り曲げられた延長部、及び前記出光部材の一側部から延び、少なくとも1回以上折り曲げられ前記出光部材を地面から支持するための支持部を含み、
前記出光部材は、前記出光部材と前記延長部との間に被光体を収納することができる収納部を有し、
前記支持部の終端部の一側面上に前記光源が配置され、
前記光源と、前記支持部の終端部を収納するハウジングと、を含む、請求項10に記載のライトユニット。 - 前記被光体は、単面鏡又は両面鏡である、請求項12又は14に記載のライトユニット。
- 前記出光部材は、前記出光部材が少なくとも2以上結合されたものであり、
前記2以上の出光部材それぞれは、前記一面が一方向に向かうように配置されるか、前記2以上の出光部材が互いに対称になるように配置された、請求項10に記載のライトユニット。 - 前記2以上の出光部材は、一つのボディに接合されるか、前記2以上の出光部材のうち何れか一つの出光部材がもう一つの出光部材の上に積層された、請求項16に記載のライトユニット。
- 前記2以上の出光部材が互いに対称になるように配置され、
前記2以上の出光部材のうち何れか一つの出光部材のキャビティは、もう一つの出光部材のキャビティと少なくとも部分的に重なるか、互いに交互に配置される、請求項16に記載のライトユニット。 - 上面を有する鏡部、をさらに含み、
前記出光部材は、前記鏡部の上面の少なくとも一部上に配置され、透明な材質であり、
前記光源から前記出光部材に光が提供されれば、前記出光部材の上面を介してのみ光が出光される、請求項10に記載のライトユニット。 - 前記光源は、前記鏡部の一側面に装着され、
前記鏡部は、前記光源から提供される光をガイドして前記出光部材として提供する、請求項19に記載のライトユニット。 - 前記出光部材は、前記鏡部の上面の端の少なくとも一部上に配置された、請求項19又は20に記載のライトユニット。
