Claims (20)
- 第1乃至第3画素領域及び前記第1乃至第3画素領域に隣接する遮光領域を含む上部表示基板と、
前記第1乃至第3画素領域に各々重畳する第1乃至第3表示素子を含む下部表示基板と、を含み、
前記上部表示基板は、
ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に配置され、前記第1画素領域に重畳し、第1色を有する第1カラーフィルターと、
前記ベース基板上に配置され、前記第2画素領域に重畳し、前記第1色と異なる第2色を有する第2カラーフィルターと、
前記ベース基板上に配置され、前記第1色及び前記第2色と異なる第3色を有し、前記第3画素領域に重畳したフィルター部分及び前記遮光領域に重畳した遮光部分を含む第3カラーフィルターと、
前記遮光部分上に配置され、ブラック有機顔料を含む遮光部材であって、前記上部表示基板の平面上で、前記第1画素領域、前記第2画素領域又は第3画素領域から離隔される遮光部材と、
を含む表示パネル。 - 前記上部表示基板の平面上で、前記遮光部材は、前記第1乃至第3画素領域から一定の間隔で離隔される、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第1画素領域及び前記第2画素領域に対応する第1開口部及び第2開口部が前記第3カラーフィルターによって各々定義され、
前記第1開口部及び前記第2開口部の間の幅は、前記第1開口部及び前記第2開口部の間に配置された前記遮光部材の幅より大きい、請求項2に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記遮光部材は、前記ブラック有機顔料が分散されたベース樹脂をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記遮光部材は、前記ベース樹脂に分散された中空シリカをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記遮光部材は、前記ベース樹脂に分散されたペリレンをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記遮光部材は、前記ベース樹脂に分散されたブルー顔料及びカーボンブラックをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記ブラック有機顔料は、第1重量を有し、
前記ブルー顔料は、第2重量を有し、
前記カーボンブラックは、第3重量を有し、
前記第1重量は、第2重量より大きく、前記第2重量は、前記第3重量より大きい、請求項7に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記上部表示基板は、光制御層をさらに含み、
前記光制御層は、
前記第1カラーフィルター上に配置され、前記第3色の光を吸収して第1色の光に出力する第1発光体を含む第1変換部と、
前記第2カラーフィルター上に配置され、前記第3色の光を吸収して前記第2色の光に出力する第2発光体を含む第2変換部と、
前記第3色光を透過する透過部と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記第1乃至第3表示素子の各々は、前記第3色の光を前記光制御層に出力する、請求項9に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第3色は、ブルーとして提供され、
前記第2色は、グリーンとして提供され、
前記第1色は、レッドとして提供される、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。 - 上部表示基板は、前記遮光部材上に配置された前記第1色又は前記第2色を有する補助カラーフィルターをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第1乃至第3カラーフィルターは、前記ベース基板上に直接的に配置されている、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 第1乃至第3画素領域及び前記第1乃至第3画素領域に隣接する遮光領域を含む上部表示基板と、
前記第1乃至第3画素領域に各々重畳する第1乃至第3表示素子を含む下部表示基板と、を含み、
前記上部表示基板は、
ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に配置され、前記第1画素領域に重畳し、第1色を有する第1カラーフィルターと、
前記ベース基板上に配置され、前記第2画素領域に重畳し、前記第1色と異なる第2色を有する第2カラーフィルターと、
前記ベース基板上に配置され、前記第1色及び前記第2色と異なる第3色を有し、前記第3画素領域に重畳したフィルター部分及び前記遮光領域に重畳した遮光部分を含む第3カラーフィルターと、
前記遮光部分の側面及び下面を全体的にカバーし、前記ベース基板上に配置された遮光部材と、
を含む表示パネル。 - 前記第1画素領域及び前記第2画素領域に対応する第1開口部及び第2開口部が前記第3カラーフィルターによって各々定義され、
前記ベース基板の平面上において、前記第1開口部に対応する第1補助開口部、前記第2開口部に対応する第2補助開口部、及び前記第3画素領域に対応する第3補助開口部が前記遮光部材によって各々定義される請求項14に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記遮光部材は、
ベース樹脂と、
前記ベース樹脂に分散されたイエロー顔料と、
を含む、請求項14に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記遮光部材は、
ベース樹脂と、
前記ベース樹脂に分散されたブラック有機顔料と、
を含む、請求項14に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記遮光部材は、前記ベース基板上に直接的に配置されている、請求項14に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第1乃至第3表示素子の各々は、前記第3色を有する光を出力し、前記第3色は、ブルーとして提供される請求項14に記載の表示パネル。
- 第1乃至第3画素領域及び前記第1乃至第3画素領域に隣接する遮光領域を含む上部表示基板と、
前記第1乃至第3画素領域に各々重畳する第1乃至第3表示素子を含む下部表示基板と、を含み、
前記上部表示基板は、
ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に配置され、前記第1画素領域に重畳し、第1色を有する第1カラーフィルターと、
前記ベース基板上に配置され、前記第2画素領域に重畳し、前記第1色と異なる第2色を有する第2カラーフィルターと、
前記ベース基板上に配置され、前記第1色及び前記第2色と異なるブルーとして提供される第3色を有し、前記第3画素領域に重畳したフィルター部分及び前記遮光領域に重畳した遮光部分を含む第3カラーフィルターと、
前記遮光部分上に配置されイエロー顔料を含む遮光部材と、
を含み、
前記上部表示基板の平面上で、前記遮光部材は、前記第1乃至第3画素領域から一定の間隔で離隔される表示パネル。
