Description
[1]本装置が適用されるスクリュー圧縮機100は、スクリューロータ1と、それらスクリューロータ1を収納するケーシング4と、そのケーシング4内に形成される圧縮室13と、を備えて構成される。そのスクリュー圧縮機100の圧縮室13内に液体を供給するための液供給機構38により、本装置が主要構成される。

- スクリューロータと、該スクリューロータを収納するケーシングと、該ケーシング内に形成される圧縮室と、を備えたスクリュー圧縮機の前記圧縮室内に液体を供給する液供給機構により構成されるスクリュー圧縮室内噴霧装置であって、
該液供給機構は、
前記圧縮室内に噴射口を開口して前記液体を噴射する一つの噴射ノズルと、
該噴射ノズルに供給される前記液体に旋回流を発生させる旋回流路と、
前記噴射口から前記圧縮室内に噴射された液体が霧状化される奥行のバッファ空間と、
を備え、
前記噴射ノズルのノズル中心軸を通る何れかの断面での視認によれば、前記噴射口の縁部が前記ノズル中心軸に対して非対称である、
スクリュー圧縮室内噴霧装置。 - 前記断面で視認した前記噴射口の縁部は、前記ノズル中心軸に対して斜めに連続する、
請求項1に記載のスクリュー圧縮室内噴霧装置。 - 前記断面で視認した前記噴射口の縁部は、前記ノズル中心軸に対して不連続な段差を形成する、
請求項1に記載のスクリュー圧縮室内噴霧装置。 - 前記噴射ノズルの直径Dと前記バッファ空間の奥行Hとの関係がH/D≧2となる、
請求項1に記載のスクリュー圧縮室内噴霧装置。 - 前記噴射ノズルの上流の旋回流発生部は、旋回流路と導入流路とそれぞれを形成する2つの流路形成枠を積層して構成された、
