Description
Claims (5)
- エアコンの室内機に取り付けられる空気殺菌器であって、
UV-Cの波長を有する紫外線を発生するバー状に製作され、リンク部材によって多角形に連結され、前記室内機の内部に付着されるLEDモジュールと、
前記室内機に供給される電源によって単独で動作し、前記室内機で発生する振動を感知して前記LEDモジュールに電源を供給して点灯させ、前記室内機の内部に設けられる駆動ドライバーモジュールとを含み、
前記LEDモジュールは、
長方形に形成され、両端に結合ホールが形成されるLEDケースと、
前記LEDケースの上面に設けられ、UV-Cの波長を有する紫外線を発生する複数の紫外線LEDと、
前記紫外線LEDの動作状態を表示するように前記紫外線LEDの間に設けられて可視光線を発生する可視光線LEDとを含み、
前記リンク部材は2個に分離された板状に形成され、それぞれの上端中央部がヒンジによって互いに回転可能に結合され、前記LEDケースの結合ホールにボルトで結合されるように両端に第1締結ホールが形成され、ヒンジの中心に、前記室内機にボルトで固定されるように第2締結ホールが設けられることを特徴とする、エアコン用空気殺菌器。 - 前記駆動ドライバーモジュールは、
放熱ホールを有するドライバーケースと、
前記ドライバーケースの内部に設けられ、AC電源が入力されるAC端子部、DC電源を出力するDC端子部、及びリセットスイッチを備えるPCBボードと、
前記PCBボードに実装され、AC電源をDC電源に変換させるAC/DCコンバータと、
前記PCBボードに実装され、前記AC/DCコンバータから出力されるDC電源を降下させて出力する線形レギュレータと、
前記PCBボードに実装され、前記線形レギュレータから供給されるDC電源によって動作して振動を感知する振動感知センサーと、
前記PCBボードに実装され、前記線形レギュレータから供給されるDC電源によって動作し、前記振動感知センサーでセンシング信号を感知してスイッチング信号を発生するマイクロプロセッサと、
前記PCBボードに実装され、前記マイクロプロセッサから出力されるスイッチング信号に応じてオン/オフされ、前記AC/DCコンバータから出力されるDC電源を前記DC端子部を介して前記LEDモジュールに供給するスイッチング素子とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアコン用空気殺菌器。 - 前記駆動ドライバーモジュールは、
前記PCBボードに実装され、前記マイクロプロセッサに入力されるセンシング信号を調整するディップスイッチと、
前記PCBボードに実装され、前記駆動ドライバーモジュールを遠隔で制御する近距離無線通信用モジュールとをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のエアコン用空気殺菌器。 - 前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記振動感知センサーからのセンシング信号の周波数及びサイズをフィルタリングし、既保存の前記駆動ドライバーモジュールの取付方向及び位置による振動判別データと比較して前記駆動ドライバーモジュールのX軸及びY軸の振動を判別することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のエアコン用空気殺菌器。
- 前記振動感知センサーは、別途の回路的増幅なしに機械的振動を感知するように前記PCBボードの最外殻に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のエアコン用空気殺菌器。
