Claims (6)
- 振動体上の複数の圧電素子にそれぞれ電極が設けられており、複数の前記電極に、互いに異なる位相の信号を印加することで前記振動体を振動させる駆動制御装置であって、
前記複数の電極のうち一部の電極に選択的に、または前記複数の電極のうち全部の電極に信号を印加する信号印加部と、
前記複数の電極のうち前記信号印加部が選択的に印加した電極とは異なる電極からのフィードバック信号を受信するフィードバック信号受信部と、
前記フィードバック信号に基づいて前記信号印加部が印加する信号条件を制御する信号条件制御部と、
を備え、
前記振動体が円板状であり、
前記振動体と接触しているロータをさらに備え、
前記複数の圧電素子が、進行波を発生させるように、前記振動体上に分散配置されており、前記信号印加部が、前記信号条件制御部の制御に基づき、前記進行波を発生させるように、前記複数の電極のうち全部の電極に信号を印加し、
前記信号印加部が前記複数の電極に印加する信号が、A相の信号及びB相の信号を含み、
前記複数の電極が、前記A相の信号が印加されるA相電極と、前記B相の信号が印加されるB相電極と、を含み、
前記信号印加部が前記B相電極に前記B相の信号を印加し、かつ前記A相電極に信号を印加していないときに、前記フィードバック信号受信部が受信する前記フィードバック信号は、前記A相電極からの信号である、駆動制御装置。 - 前記複数の電極と、前記フィードバック信号受信部との間に接続されており、前記フィードバック信号をフィルタリングするフィルタ部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の駆動制御装置。
- 前記複数の電極のうち前記信号印加部が選択的に印加した電極とは異なる電極と、前記フィードバック信号受信部とが接続するように、接続を切り替える指示を前記フィードバック信号受信部に対して行う切り替え制御部をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の駆動制御装置。
- 前記複数の電極のうち前記信号印加部が選択的に印加した電極とは異なる電極と、前記フィードバック信号受信部とが接続するように、接続を切り替える切り替えスイッチをさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の駆動制御装置。
- 前記フィードバック信号の電圧の測定と、前記フィードバック信号の電圧が目標電圧以上であるか否かの判定と、前記圧電素子の振動の条件の設定と、前記圧電素子への信号の印加と、の動作を繰り返す、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動制御装置と、
前記振動体と、
前記振動体上の前記圧電素子に設けられている前記複数の電極と、
を備え、
フィードバック用の電極を備えない、超音波モータシステム。
