Description
[1.蓄電素子の全般的な説明]
まず、図1及び図2を用いて本実施の形態における蓄電素子10の全般的な説明を行う。図1は、実施の形態に係る蓄電素子10の外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態に係る蓄電素子10を分解して各構成要素を示す分解斜視図である。
次に、集電体500の構成について、図3~図9を用いて詳細に説明する。まず、図3~図6を用いて、集電体500の基本構成について説明する。本実施の形態では、正極側及び負極側の集電体500は同一の構成を有しているため、以下では、正極側の集電体500に着目し、その説明を行う。
図10は、実施の形態の変形例1に係る集電体500aの外観を示す斜視図である。具体的には、図10は、正極側の集電体500aを、斜め下方(電極体700の側)から見た場合の斜視図である。図10に示す集電体500aは、上記実施の形態に係る集電体500に換えて蓄電素子10が備えることができる集電体である。
図11は、実施の形態の変形例2に係る集電体500bの外観を示す斜視図である。具体的には、図11は、正極側の集電体500bを、斜め下方(電極体700の側)から見た場合の斜視図である。図11に示す集電体500bは、上記実施の形態に係る集電体500に換えて蓄電素子10が備えることができる集電体である。
以上、本発明の実施の形態及びその変形例に係る蓄電素子について説明したが、本発明は、上記実施の形態及びその変形例に限定されない。つまり、今回開示された実施の形態及びその変形例は全ての点で例示であり、本発明の範囲には、請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内での全ての変更が含まれる。

Claims (5)
- 容器及び前記容器に収容された電極体を備える蓄電素子であって、
第一方向において前記電極体と前記容器の壁部との間に配置された集電体と、
前記壁部に固定された電極端子とを備え、
前記集電体は、
前記電極端子と接続された端子接続部と、
前記電極体と接続された電極接続部と、を有し、
前記端子接続部及び前記電極接続部は、前記第一方向と交差する第二方向に並んで配置されており、
前記電極接続部の厚みは、前記端子接続部の厚みよりも小さく、
前記電極接続部の、前記第一方向及び前記第二方向と交差する第三方向の幅は、前記端子接続部の前記第三方向の幅よりも大きい、
蓄電素子。 - 容器及び前記容器に収容された電極体を備える蓄電素子であって、
第一方向において前記電極体と前記容器の壁部との間に配置された集電体と、
前記壁部に固定された電極端子とを備え、
前記集電体は、
前記電極端子と接続された端子接続部と、
前記電極体と接続された電極接続部と、を有し、
前記端子接続部及び前記電極接続部は、前記第一方向と交差する第二方向に並んで配置されており、
前記電極接続部の厚みは、前記端子接続部の厚みよりも小さく、
前記電極接続部の、前記第一方向及び前記第二方向と交差する第三方向の端部は、前記電極体に向けて折り曲げられている、
蓄電素子。 - 容器及び前記容器に収容された電極体を備える蓄電素子であって、
第一方向において前記電極体と前記容器の壁部との間に配置された集電体と、
前記壁部に固定された電極端子とを備え、
前記集電体は、
前記電極端子と接続された端子接続部と、
前記電極体と接続された電極接続部と、を有し、
前記端子接続部及び前記電極接続部は、前記第一方向と交差する第二方向に並んで配置されており、
前記電極接続部の厚みは、前記端子接続部の厚みよりも小さく、
前記集電体の、前記壁部に対向する面はフラットであり、
前記集電体の、前記電極体に対向する面には、前記端子接続部及び前記電極接続部の厚みが異なることによる段差が形成されている、
蓄電素子。 - 前記電極接続部の、前記第二方向と直交する断面の面積は、前記端子接続部の、前記第二方向と直交する断面の面積以上である、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記集電体はさらに、前記端子接続部と前記電極接続部とを接続する中間部を有し、
前記中間部は、前記端子接続部から前記電極接続部に近づくに従って、厚みが小さくなり、かつ、前記第一方向及び前記第二方向と交差する第三方向の幅が大きくなるよう形成されている、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子。
