Claims (12)
- 凍結の危険があるディスク状のセンサ信号に対して透過性を有する部品要素(1;1’)および/または光学的部品要素(1;1’)を、これに縁側で当接する部品ハウジング(2;2’)に対して静力学的に密封するためのパッキン装置であって、それらの間に配置される静力学的ハウジング密封用の少なくとも1つのエラストマーパッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)を含み、前記エラストマーパッキン要素が、前記エラストマーパッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)から前記部品要素(1;1’)への熱伝導で除氷を行うために電気的に加熱させるための手段を備えている前記パッキン装置において、
前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)を電気的に加熱させるための前記手段が導電性エラストマーを含み、前記導電性エラストマーが、互いに間隔をもって前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)に常設されている少なくとも2つの電気接触部位(5;5a;5b)を介して、電気エネルギーを供給可能であり、
前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)は、前記部品ハウジング(2;2’)の中に位置する第1の部分と、前記部品ハウジング(2;2’)の端面上に位置する第2の部分と、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分とを連結するとともに、前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分よりも薄い半径方向の幅を有する第3の部分とを含み、
前記部品要素(1;1’)が前記部品ハウジング(2;2’)の端面と対向して接触する部品要素面を有しており、当該部品要素面に設けられた凹部に前記第2の部分が入り込んでいることを特徴とするパッキン装置。 - 前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)の前記導電性エラストマーは、電気エネルギーの供給で熱によって体積が次のように増大し、すなわち前記部品ハウジング(2;2’)および前記部品要素(1;1’)での押圧力の上昇によって密封作用が大きくなるように体積が増大することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパッキン装置。
- 前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)が、前記部品ハウジング(2)の側または前記部品要素(1)の側に形成される周溝(7)内に配置されている挿入部品として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパッキン装置。
- 前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)が、射出成形部品として形成され、前記部品要素(1’)の縁側または前記部品ハウジング(2’)の側に一体成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパッキン装置。
- 前記エラストマーパッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)が、閉じたリングの形態に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパッキン装置。
- 前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)が、正確に互いに対向して配置されている2つの接触部位(5)を有し、これら2つの接触部位が、同じ長さの2つの電流路によって互いに結合していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のパッキン装置。
- 前記接触部位(5)が、金属製接点ピン(6)を前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)の前記エラストマー材の中へ穿刺または食い込ませることによって実現されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパッキン装置。
- 前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)の前記接触部位(5)の領域が、導電性を上昇させるための接着促進剤を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1または4に記載のパッキン装置。
- 天然ゴム、熱可塑性エラストマー、エチレン・プロピレン・ジエン・モノマー・ゴム(EPDM)、シリコーン、フッ素ゴムを含んでいるエラストマー材のグループの中から、前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)のエラストマー基材が選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパッキン装置。
- 金属粒子、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、カーボンファイバー、カーボンナノチューブを含んでいる導電材料のグループの中から、前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)の、前記エラストマー基材に導電性を生じさせる充填材が、選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のパッキン装置。
- 前記パッキン要素(3;4;4’;4’’;4’’’)内での前記充填材の成分が、10ないし70体積%の間の範囲、好ましくは30ないし50体積%の間の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のパッキン装置。
- 前記ディスク状の部品要素(1;1’)が光学レンズとして、ヘッドライトガラスとして、または、超音波センサもしくはレーダーセンサの、光学的に非透明なカバーディスクとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のパッキン装置。
