- エアロゲル複合保温防火板の製造プロセスであって、前記エアロゲル複合保温防火板は上から下の順に複合設置された上面層(11)、防火層(12)、断熱層(13)、ポリウレタン層(14)及び下面層(15)を含み、前記防火層(12)の内部に水酸化アルミニウム粒子(121)が充填され、前記防火層(12)には、均一に分布している加工孔(122)が開けられ、前記加工孔(122)内にシールスタッド(123)が接続され、前記断熱層(13)の前記防火層(12)に近い表面にはエアロゲル取付け溝(131)が均一に開けられ、前記断熱層(13)内には、前記エアロゲル取付け溝(131)の防火層(12)から離れた側に位置する断熱エアキャビティ(133)が開けられ、前記断熱エアキャビティ(133)は各前記エアロゲル取付け溝(131)と連通しており、前記エアロゲル取付け溝(131)内には、エアロゲル充填材(132)が設置され、前記断熱層(13)はパーライト板で製造され、且つ前記エアロゲル取付け溝(131)は球状溝であり、前記エアロゲル充填材(132)によって前記エアロゲル取付け溝(131)が完全に充填され、且つ前記エアロゲル取付け溝(131)の深さは防火層(12)の厚さと一致し、前記プロセスは、
切断して上面層(11)、防火層(12)、断熱層(13)、ポリウレタン層(14)及び下面層(15)を製造する材料準備ステップS1と、
防火層(12)、断熱層(13)及びポリウレタン層(14)を順次貼り付けて固定する複合ステップS2と、
エアロゲル充填材(132)の原料を防火層(12)上の加工孔(122)内に入れるゲル入れステップS3と、
エアロゲル充填材(132)をエアロゲル取付け溝(131)内に押し込んで、加工孔(122)をシールするゲル押込ステップS4と、
上面層(11)及び下面層(15)をそれぞれ防火層(12)及びポリウレタン層(14)に複合するパッケージングステップS5と、
検査ステップS6とを含み、
ステップS3及びステップS4において、ゲル押込装置を導入し、前記ゲル押込装置は、順番に設置された第1のコンベアベルト(2)、作業台(3)及び第2のコンベアベルト(4)を含み、前記作業台(3)の中央には、作業台(3)上のエアロゲル複合保温防火板を駆動するための再駆動機構(5)が設置され、且つ前記作業台(3)の両側には、エアロゲル複合保温防火板の各加工孔(122)内にゲルを入れるためのゲル入れ機構(6)、及び加工孔(122)内のエアロゲル充填材(132)をエアロゲル取付け溝(131)内に押し込むためのゲル押込機構(7)がそれぞれ設置され、前記ゲル入れ機構(6)は、前記作業台(3)の側壁に固定された第1の操作アーム(61)を含み、前記第1の操作アーム(61)の端部には、内部が中空に設けられた材料排出板(62)が固定的に取付けられ、前記材料排出板(62)は水平に設置され、且つ材料排出板(62)の底面には、加工孔(122)と1対1に対応して配置された材料排出管(621)が均一に設けられており、前記材料排出管(621)はエアロゲル充填材(132)を置くために用いられ、前記材料排出板(62)の底面には、前記材料排出管(621)の内部と連通している吸着孔が開けられ、前記吸着孔内にはゴムスリーブが穿設され、前記ゴムスリーブの端部は延在して前記材料排出管(621)内に設置され、前記ゲル入れ機構(6)は、前記作業台(3)の外に設置された真空ポンプ(63)をさらに含み、前記真空ポンプ(63)と前記材料排出板(62)との間には真空管(631)が接続され、前記真空管(631)は前記材料排出板(62)の内部と連通し、前記材料排出板(62)の底面には、複数の空気圧縮溝(622)が上向きに凹んで成形され、前記空気圧縮溝(622)は前記材料排出管(621)の間に均一に配置され、前記作業台(3)には、角固定機構(8)がさらに設置され、前記角固定機構(8)は、前記作業台(3)にスライド可能に取付けられた角スリーブ(82)と、作業台(3)の隅に固定された電動プッシュロッド(81)とを含み、前記電動プッシュロッド(81)のピストンロッドは前記角スリーブ(82)に固定接続され、前記角スリーブ(82)はエアロゲル複合保温防火板の角端を嵌接するために用いられ、前記角固定機構(8)は合計4組設置され、4組の角固定機構(8)は作業台(3)の四隅にそれぞれ設置され、前記角スリーブ(82)の内側にガイド曲面(821)の形状を有しており、前記角スリーブ(82)はポリテトラフルオロエチレンで製造され、且つ角スリーブ(82)内の厚さは、防火層(12)、断熱層(13)及びポリウレタン層(14)の厚さの合計と一致し、前記ゲル押込機構(7)は、作業台(3)の側壁に固定的に取付けられた第2のロボットアームを含み、前記第2のロボットアームはエアロゲル複合保温防火板上のシールスタッド(123)を取付けるために用いられ、前記作業台(3)内には、エアロゲル複合保温防火板を加熱するためのヒーターが固定的に取付けられている、ことを特徴とするエアロゲル複合保温防火板の製造プロセス。 - 前記作業台(3)の中央に調整溝(31)が開けられ、前記再駆動機構(5)は前記調整溝(31)内に設置され、前記再駆動機構(5)は、前記調整溝(31)の底部に固定された回転モータ(51)と、前記回転モータ(51)の出力端に固定された第3のコンベアベルト(52)とを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゲル複合保温防火板の製造プロセス。
