Claims (10)
- エンジン及び電動機と、
前記エンジンと駆動輪とを結ぶ第1の動力伝達経路と、前記電動機と前記駆動輪とを結ぶ第2の動力伝達経路を備えたトランスアクスルと、
前記トランスアクスルの温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
前記エンジンの回転により発電した電力を用いた前記電動機の駆動による駆動力を前記第2の動力伝達経路を介して前記駆動輪に伝達することにより走行するシリーズ運転モードと、前記エンジン及び前記電動機の駆動によるそれぞれの駆動力を前記第1の動力伝達経路及び前記第2の動力伝達経路を介して前記駆動輪に伝達することにより走行するパラレル運転モードとを切り替える制御部と、
を備えたハイブリッド車の車両制御装置において、
前記制御部は、前記第1の動力伝達経路及び前記第2の動力伝達経路の動作に起因して変化する前記トランスアクスルの温度が第1所定温度以上の場合に前記パラレル運転モードによる走行を優先する第1の制御を行う車両制御装置。 - 前記電動機に電力を供給する二次電池を備え、
前記第1の制御後の前記パラレル運転モードでの走行により、前記二次電池の充電状態が第1所定値未満に低下した場合には前記シリーズ運転モードに移行する第2の制御を行う請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記第2の制御後の前記シリーズ運転モードでの走行により、前記二次電池の充電状態が前記第1所定値よりも高い値に設定された第2所定値以上に回復した場合は、前記パラレル運転モードに移行する第3の制御を行う請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記ハイブリッド車はプラグインハイブリッドカーであり、前記二次電池から外部への給電機能を有している請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記ハイブリッド車はプラグインハイブリッドカーであり、前記二次電池から外部への給電機能を有している請求項3に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記トランスアクスルの温度が前記第1所定温度よりも高い温度に設定された第2所定温度以上になった場合は、駆動トルク、エンジン出力、又は、エンジン回転数を制限する第4の制御を行う請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記トランスアクスルの温度が前記第1所定温度よりも高い温度に設定された第2所定温度以上になった場合は、駆動トルク、エンジン出力、又は、エンジン回転数を制限する第4の制御を行う請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記トランスアクスルの温度が前記第1所定温度よりも高い温度に設定された第2所定温度以上になった場合は、駆動トルク、エンジン出力、又は、エンジン回転数を制限する第4の制御を行う請求項3に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記トランスアクスルの温度が前記第1所定温度よりも高い温度に設定された第2所定温度以上になった場合は、駆動トルク、エンジン出力、又は、エンジン回転数を制限する第4の制御を行う請求項4に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記トランスアクスルの温度が前記第1所定温度よりも高い温度に設定された第2所定温度以上になった場合は、駆動トルク、エンジン出力、又は、エンジン回転数を制限する第4の制御を行う請求項5に記載の車両制御装置。
