Claims (14)
- 第1時点でバッテリーセルの第1電圧を測定し、前記第1時点より後の第2時点で前記バッテリーセルの第2電圧及び第2容量を測定する測定部と、
前記第1電圧と前記第2電圧との電圧差を算出し、前記第1電圧に対応する第1容量と前記第2容量との容量差を算出し、前記電圧差及び前記容量差に基づいて前記バッテリーセルに対する正極副反応因子及び負極副反応因子を決定し、前記正極副反応因子及び前記負極副反応因子に基づいて前記バッテリーセルの副反応の種類を判断する制御部と、を含む、バッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーセルのSOCと電圧との対応関係を示すバッテリープロファイルに基づいて前記電圧差に対応する電圧ベース容量を算出し、前記第1電圧に対応する前記電圧ベース容量、または、前記電圧ベース容量及び前記容量差に基づいて前記正極副反応因子を決定する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1電圧に対応する第1のSOCを推定し、推定された第1のSOCと予め設定された基準SOCとを比較し、比較結果に対応するように前記バッテリーセルの正極副反応因子を決定する、請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1のSOCが前記基準SOC以上である場合、前記電圧ベース容量に基づいて前記正極副反応因子を決定し、
前記第1のSOCが前記基準SOC未満である場合、前記電圧ベース容量と前記算出された容量差との差に基づいて前記正極副反応因子を決定する、請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーセルのSOCと前記SOCに対する微分電圧との対応関係を示す微分プロファイルから、負極平坦区間が始まる地点のSOCを前記基準SOCとして設定する、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記微分プロファイルから所定のSOC区間に含まれたターゲットピークを決定し、決定されたターゲットピークに対応するSOCを前記基準SOCとして設定する、請求項5に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記容量差に基づいて前記バッテリーセルに対する負極副反応因子を決定する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記正極副反応因子及び前記負極副反応因子に基づいて副反応参照値を算出し、算出された副反応参照値と予め設定された副反応基準値とを比較し、比較結果に基づいて前記バッテリーセルの副反応の種類を正極副反応または負極副反応と判断する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーセルに対して判断された副反応の種類に応じて、前記バッテリーセルに対する運用条件を設定する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーセルの副反応の種類が前記正極副反応と判断された場合、前記バッテリーセルに対する上限SOC及び上限電圧のうちの少なくとも一つを減少させ、
前記バッテリーセルの副反応の種類が前記負極副反応と判断された場合、前記バッテリーセルに対する上限温度を減少させる、請求項8に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記第2時点で前記バッテリーセルを放電する放電部をさらに含み、
前記測定部は、
前記第2時点で前記バッテリーセルが放電する間、前記バッテリーセルの放電電流量を測定することで前記第2容量を測定する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、
前記第1時点から前記第2時点まで所定の温度以上に維持される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 第1時点でバッテリーセルの第1電圧を測定する第1測定段階と、
前記第1時点より後の第2時点で前記バッテリーセルの第2電圧及び第2容量を測定する第2測定段階と、
前記第1電圧と前記第2電圧との電圧差を算出し、前記第1電圧に対応する第1容量と前記第2容量との容量差を算出する電圧差及び容量差算出段階と、
前記電圧差及び前記容量差に基づいて前記バッテリーセルに対する正極副反応因子及び負極副反応因子を決定する副反応因子決定段階と、
前記正極副反応因子及び前記負極副反応因子に基づいて前記バッテリーセルの副反応の種類を判断する副反応種類判断段階と、を含む、バッテリー管理方法。
