Claims (11)
- バッテリーの電圧と容量との対応関係を示すバッテリープロファイルを取得し、取得されたバッテリープロファイルに基づいて前記電圧と前記電圧に対する微分容量との対応関係を示す微分プロファイルを生成するプロファイル生成部と、
前記プロファイル生成部から前記微分プロファイルを受信し、前記微分プロファイルからターゲットピークを決定し、前記バッテリーに対して予め設定された基準プロファイルの基準ピークの電圧と前記決定されたターゲットピークの電圧とを比較し、比較結果に基づいて前記バッテリーに負極副反応が発生したかを判断し、比較結果に基づいて前記バッテリーに正極副反応が発生したかを判断する制御部と、を含む、バッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記基準ピークの電圧と前記ターゲットピークの電圧との大小を比較し、比較結果に基づいて前記バッテリーに前記負極副反応が発生したかを判断し、比較結果に基づいて前記バッテリーに前記正極副反応が発生したかを判断する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記ターゲットピークの電圧が前記基準ピークの電圧を超過する場合、前記バッテリーに前記負極副反応が発生したと判断し、
前記ターゲットピークの電圧が前記基準ピークの電圧未満である場合、前記バッテリーに前記正極副反応が発生したと判断する、請求項2に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記負極副反応または前記正極副反応が発生したと判断された場合、前記バッテリーに含まれた電解質の一部が分解されたと判断する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーに前記負極副反応または前記正極副反応が発生したと判断された場合、前記バッテリーに対する充電C-レート、可用SOC、及び上限温度のうちの少なくとも一つを含む使用条件を変更する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記負極副反応が発生したと判断された場合、前記バッテリーに対する充電C-レートの上限を減少させ、
前記正極副反応が発生したと判断された場合、前記バッテリーに対する可用SOCの上限を減少させる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーに前記負極副反応または前記正極副反応が発生したと判断された場合、前記バッテリーに対する上限温度を減少させる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記微分プロファイルから前記基準ピークの電圧を基準にして所定の電圧区間内で前記ターゲットピークを決定する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置を含む、バッテリー検査装置。
- バッテリーの電圧と容量との対応関係を示すバッテリープロファイルを取得するバッテリープロファイル取得段階と、
前記バッテリープロファイル取得段階で取得されたバッテリープロファイルに基づいて前記電圧と前記電圧に対する微分容量との対応関係を示す微分プロファイルを生成する微分プロファイル生成段階と、
前記微分プロファイル生成段階で生成された前記微分プロファイルからターゲットピークを決定するターゲットピーク決定段階と、
前記バッテリーに対して予め設定された基準プロファイルの基準ピークの電圧と前記決定されたターゲットピークの電圧とを比較する電圧比較段階と、
前記電圧比較段階の比較結果に基づいて前記バッテリーに負極副反応が発生したかを判断する負極副反応発生判断段階と、
前記電圧比較段階の比較結果に基づいて前記バッテリーに正極副反応が発生したかを判断する正極副反応発生判断段階と、を含む、バッテリー診断方法。
