Claims (10)
- 電極体および電解液と、
外面および内面を含み、前記電極体および前記電解液を収納し、前記外面から前記内面に達する注液孔を有する外装缶と、
前記外装缶にカシメ固定され、前記注液孔を封止する封止部材を備え、
前記封止部材は、
前記注液孔に挿入される軸部を有する第1部材と、
前記軸部に係合する係合部を有する第2部材とを含み、
前記軸部は、前記係合部が当接する当接面と、前記外装缶の前記内面と前記係合部との間に位置するように形成され、前記封止部材を前記外装缶に固定するカシメ固定部とを有し、
前記外装缶における前記注液孔が形成される部分の厚み(A)と、前記軸部の前記当接面と前記外装缶の前記内面との距離(B)とは、0.55≦B/Aの関係を満たす、電池。 - 前記第1部材は、前記外装缶の外側において前記軸部の径方向外側に位置する鍔部をさらに有し、
前記封止部材は、前記鍔部と前記外装缶の前記外面との間をシールする第3部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記外装缶における前記注液孔が形成される部分の厚み(A)は、1.0mm以上3.0mm以下である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記外装缶は、開口を有し、前記電極体を収納する本体と、前記本体に結合される封口板とを含み、前記注液孔は前記封口板に形成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記外装缶は、角形形状を有する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 電極体を外装缶に収納する工程と、
前記外装缶に設けられた注液孔を介して前記外装缶の内部に電解液を注液する工程と、
封止部材により前記注液孔を封止する工程とを備え、
前記封止する工程は、
軸部を有する第1部材と、前記軸部に係合する係合部を有する第2部材とを準備することと、
前記軸部を前記注液孔に挿入することと、
前記第2部材の前記係合部を前記第1部材の前記軸部に形成された当接面に当接させ、前記係合部により前記軸部を圧縮することにより、前記外装缶の内面と前記係合部との間に位置する前記軸部にカシメ固定部を形成することとを含み、
前記外装缶における前記注液孔が形成される部分の厚み(A)と、前記カシメ固定部を形成する前の状態における前記軸部の前記当接面と前記外装缶の内面との距離(C)とは、1.37≦C/Aの関係を満たす、電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1部材は、前記外装缶の外側において前記軸部の径方向外側に位置する鍔部をさらに有し、
前記封止する工程は、
前記鍔部と前記外装缶の外面との間に第3部材を設けることと、
前記鍔部を前記第3部材に向けて押圧し、前記第3部材により前記鍔部と前記外装缶の外面との間をシールすることとをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の電池の製造方法。 - 前記外装缶における前記注液孔が形成される部分の厚み(A)は、1.0mm以上3.0mm以下である、請求項6または請求項7に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記電極体を前記外装缶に収納する工程は、
本体と、前記本体に結合される封口板とを準備することと、
前記本体の開口を介して前記電極体を前記本体に収納することと、
前記本体に前記封口板を結合することとを含み、
前記注液孔は前記封口板に形成されている、請求項6から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の電池の製造方法。 - 前記外装缶は、角形形状を有する、請求項6から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の電池の製造方法。
