Claims (5)
- 建物の開口に固定され、下枠を含む枠体と、前記枠体内に開閉可能に取り付けられる障子と、前記障子を開閉する障子開閉装置と、を備える建具であって、
前記下枠は、
見込方向室内側端部に形成される下枠本体部と、
前記下枠本体部の室内側端部に形成され、前記下枠本体部の上面から立ち上がる立ち上がり部と、
前記立ち上がり部の上端に形成され、上下方向で前記下枠本体部の上面に対向する延出片と、を有し、
前記障子開閉装置は、
電動機と、前記電動機の駆動力が伝達される出力軸と、を有する電動ユニットと、
一端が前記出力軸に直接接続され、他端が前記障子に連結される開閉アームと、
前記下枠の前記立ち上がり部に取り付けられ、内側に前記電動ユニットが配置される筐体と、を有し、
前記開閉アームは、前記障子が閉じられた状態で、前記下枠本体部と、前記立ち上がり部と、前記延出片と、前記障子との間に形成される空間から前記筐体にわたって位置するように配置される建具。 - 前記出力軸は、先端に駆動歯車を有し、
前記開閉アームは、一端に従動歯車を有し、
前記駆動歯車と前記従動歯車とが直接噛み合う請求項1に記載の建具。 - 前記駆動歯車と前記従動歯車は、互いの回転軸が平行に並ぶように噛み合う請求項2に記載の建具。
- 前記開閉アームの一端及び前記出力軸の先端の何れか一方に嵌合穴が形成され、
前記開閉アームの一端及び前記出力軸の先端の何れか一方に前記嵌合穴に嵌合する突起部が形成され、
前記嵌合穴と前記突起部とが嵌合する請求項1に記載の建具。 - 前記電動ユニットの駆動指令を受信する受信部と、
前記駆動指令に基づいて前記電動ユニットの駆動を制御する制御部と、を更に備える請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の建具。
