Abstract

一种电动窗帘驱动装置,设有驱动电机(9),驱动电机通过变速箱与卷带机(7)传动连接,本装置装在壳体(15)内,卷带机固定在壳体内腔上部,其转动轴上设有卷带机齿环(7a),卷带机齿环下方固定有所述的驱动电机,驱动电机通过变速箱内的蜗轮(3)、第二齿轮(2)和输出齿轮(1)与卷带机齿环传动连接,具体是:驱动电机输出轴上的蜗杆(8)与蜗轮大径轮啮合,蜗轮小径轮与第二齿轮大径轮啮合,第二齿轮小径轮与第三齿轮啮合,与第三齿轮同轴的变速箱输出齿轮与卷带机齿环一侧靠近下部的部位啮合。本装置整体安装方便,壳体内传动部件结构紧凑、布局合理,体积小,可使整个电动窗帘驱动装置在墙体内占用的空间缩小。

技术领域
本实用新型属一种电动驱动装置,特别是用于电动控制窗帘开闭的驱动装置。
背景技术
平开窗帘主要靠拉绳开闭,卷帘式窗帘主要靠被传动皮带带动的卷轴的转动实现卷帘的放下或升起,通常控制窗帘开闭的控制器可以是普通的手动卷绕器,也可以是电动窗帘控制器,电动窗帘控制器主要设有驱动电机,驱动电机通过变速箱带动传动皮带移动,驱动平开或卷帘式窗帘的开闭,驱动电机的开关和正反转则可通过开关控制电路控制,电动窗帘控制器一般要求安装在隐蔽的部位,而且不能占用空间太大,因此其布局要求尽量合理紧凑。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构紧凑、体积小、布局合理的电动窗帘驱动装置。
解决上述问题的技术方案是(参见实施例图):本实用新型设有由电路板控制的驱动电机(9),驱动电机通过变速箱与卷带机(7)传动连接,其特征在于:本装置装在壳体(15)内,所述的卷带机(7)固定在壳体内腔上部,其转动轴上设有卷带机齿环(7a),卷带机齿环(7a)下方固定有所述的驱动电机(9),驱动电机通过变速箱内的蜗轮(3)、第二齿轮(2)和输出齿轮(1)与卷带机齿环(7a)传动连接,具体是:驱动电机输出轴上的蜗杆(8)与蜗轮大径轮(3a)啮合,蜗轮小径轮(3b)与第二齿轮大径轮(2a)啮合,第二齿轮小径轮(2b)与第三齿轮(4)啮合,与第三齿轮同轴的变速箱输出齿轮(1)与卷带机齿环(7)一侧靠近下部的部位啮合。
本实用新型整个装置均装在一壳体内,整体安装方便,壳体内传动部件结构紧凑、布局合理,体积小,可使整个电动窗帘驱动装置在墙体内占用的空间缩小。

具体实施方案
参见实施例图1,本例整套装置装在壳体15内,壳体内腔上部装有卷绕传动皮带10的卷带机7,卷带机转动轴上固定有卷带机齿环7a,卷带机齿环下方固定有驱动电机9,驱动电机9转轴方向与卷带机齿环转轴相互垂直,装在其输出轴上的蜗杆8与变速箱内的蜗轮3啮合,传动方向改变90度,变速箱内依次传动连接的蜗轮3、第二齿轮2、和变速箱输出齿轮1大致呈上下排列(但在上下一字方向相互有错位),且转轴方向平行。
变速箱内的具体传动结构是:驱动电机输出轴上的蜗杆8与变速箱蜗轮大径轮3a啮合,与蜗轮大径轮同轴的蜗轮小径轮3b与第二齿轮大径轮2a啮合,与第二齿轮大径轮2a同轴的第二齿轮小径轮2b与第三齿轮4啮合,变速箱输出齿轮1通过其内花键槽动配合地套在第三齿轮转轴的外花键槽4a内,并被靠近第三齿轮一侧的垫片18和另一侧的卡簧17轴向限位,变速箱输出齿轮1在装在其与垫片18之间的弹簧16的作用下与卷带机齿环7a一侧靠近下部的部位啮合,并被卡簧17限位,当用离合部件将变速箱输出齿轮1向第三齿轮4方向弹性压缩时,可使卷带机齿环7a与变速箱脱离传动连接,以方便整个装置的安装、调试等需要。
卷带机齿环7a另一侧下方设有第一导向轮5,位于第一导向轮下方的壳体出口处设有第二导向轮6,卷带机7引出的传动皮带10经过第一、二导向轮5,6从壳体出口19引出。
本实用新型各部件的空间位置是以卷带机齿环7a在上、驱动电机9在其下位为相对参考位置进行描述的,这类产品在使用中经常会根据安装要求进行旋转,例如本实施例所描述的壳体底部的外壁面通常是作为垂直向的前面板,对于同样结构产品的旋转状态,或与本实用新型描述部件位置为镜像设置的电动窗帘驱动装置与本实用新型技术实质相同,有相同的功能和效果,均属本实用新型保护范围。

Claims (3)

1、一种电动窗帘驱动装置,设有由电路板控制的驱动电机(9),驱动电机通过变速箱与卷带机(7)传动连接,其特征在于:本装置装在壳体(15)内,所述的卷带机(7)固定在壳体内腔上部,其转动轴上设有卷带机齿环(7a),卷带机齿环(7a)下方固定有所述的驱动电机(9),驱动电机通过变速箱内的蜗轮(3)、第二齿轮(2)和输出齿轮(1)与卷带机齿环(7a)传动连接,具体是:驱动电机输出轴上的蜗杆(8)与蜗轮大径轮(3a)啮合,蜗轮小径轮(3b)与第二齿轮大径轮(2a)啮合,第二齿轮小径轮(2b)与第三齿轮(4)啮合,与第三齿轮同轴的变速箱输出齿轮(1)与卷带机齿环(7a)一侧靠近下部的部位啮合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电动窗帘驱动装置,其特征在于:驱动电机(9)转轴方向与卷带机齿环转轴相互垂直,变速箱内依次传动连接的蜗轮(3)、第二齿轮(2)和变速箱输出齿轮(1)转轴方向平行,且大致呈上下排列。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电动窗帘驱动装置,其特征在于:变速箱输出齿轮(1)通过其内花键槽动配合地套在第三齿轮转轴的外花键槽(4a)内,并被靠近第三齿轮一侧的垫片(18)和位于其另一侧的卡簧(17)轴向限位,变速箱输出齿轮(1)在装在其与垫片(18)之间的弹簧(16)的作用下与卷带机齿环(7a)一侧靠近下部的部位啮合。
