Description
Claims (10)
- レンズ(2)が、画像センサ(3)に対してアライメントされ、続いて、接合相手材としての、前記画像センサ(3)を受け止めている支持体(4)、前記画像センサ(3)を取り囲んでいるハウジング(5)、または前記支持体(4)上に配置された接合構造(6)との接合によって位置固定されるカメラモジュール(1)を製造する方法であって、
前記レンズ(2)が、アライメント前においてはまだ移動可能である複数のスペーサ要素(7)上で支えられ、かつ前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)の移動により前記画像センサ(3)に対してアライメントされ、かつ前記レンズ(2)のアライメントの後、前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)が、前記レンズ(2)と、前記ハウジング(5)または前記接合構造(6)と溶接されることを特徴とする、方法。 - それぞれ少なくとも1つの球形、部分球形、円筒形、または部分円筒形の当接輪郭(8)をもつ複数のスペーサ要素(7)が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)が互いに同じ角距離をあけて、前記レンズ(2)の好ましくは円筒形のまたは円錐形に成形された外輪郭(9)の周りに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)が、前記ハウジング(5)によって形成されるガイド形状(10)または前記接合構造(6)でガイドされることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)が、前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)間で共通の共通保持部材(11)によってガイドされることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- レンズ(2)と、支持体(4)上に配置されており、かつハウジング(5)によって取り囲まれている画像センサ(3)とを含むカメラモジュール(1)であって、
前記レンズ(2)が複数のスペーサ要素(7)上で支えられており、前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)が、一方では前記レンズ(2)と、他方では、前記ハウジング(5)と溶接され、
前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)が、それぞれ少なくとも1つの球形、部分球形、円筒形、または部分円筒形の当接輪郭(8)を有することを特徴とするカメラモジュール(1)。 - 前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)が互いに同じ角距離をあけて、前記レンズ(2)の好ましくは円筒形のまたは円錐形に成形された外輪郭(9)の周りに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカメラモジュール(1)。
- 前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)が、少なくとも一部の区間でガイド形状(10)および/または前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)間で共通の共通保持部材(11)内に収容され、
前記ガイド形状(10)は、前記ハウジング(5)に組み込まれて設けられ、前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)の各々を収容する複数のセグメント(16)を備え、前記複数のセグメント(16)の各々は、前記ハウジング(5)上の前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)各々の前記他方の位置を画定するように設けられ、
前記共通保持部材(11)は、前記複数のスペーサ要素(7)の各々を収容するスリーブ状の複数の収容部(17)と、前記複数の収容部(17)を連結するリング(18)とを備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のカメラモジュール(1)。 - シール要素(12)は、前記レンズ(2)と前記支持体(4)との間に、または、前記レンズ(2)と前記ハウジング(5)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載のカメラモジュール(1)。
- 前記シール要素(12)はシールリングであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のカメラモジュール(1)。
