Claims (11)
- レンズ(2)が、画像センサ(3)に対してアライメントされ、続いて、接合相手材としての、前記画像センサ(3)を受け止めている支持体(4)、前記画像センサ(3)を取り囲んでいるハウジング(5)、または中間の接合構造(6)との接合によって位置固定されるカメラモジュール(1)を製造する方法であって、
前記レンズ(2)が、はじめのうちはまだ移動可能であるスペーサ要素(7)上で支えられ、かつ前記スペーサ要素(7)の移動により前記画像センサ(3)に対してアライメントされ、かつ前記レンズ(2)のアライメントの後、前記スペーサ要素(7)が前記レンズ(2)および前記接合相手材(4、5、6)と溶接されることを特徴とする、方法。 - それぞれ少なくとも1つの球形、部分球形、円筒形、または部分円筒形の当接輪郭(8)をもつスペーサ要素(7)が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサ要素(7)が互いに同じ角距離をあけて、前記レンズ(2)の好ましくは円筒形のまたは円錐形に成形された外輪郭(9)の周りに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサ要素(7)が、前記支持体(4)もしくは前記ハウジング(5)によって形成されるガイド形状(10)または前記接合構造(6)でガイドされることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサ要素(7)が共通の保持部材(11)によってガイドされることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- レンズ(2)と、支持体(4)上に配置されており、かつハウジング(5)によって取り囲まれている画像センサ(3)とを含むカメラモジュール(1)であって、
前記レンズ(2)がスペーサ要素(7)上で支えられており、前記スペーサ要素(7)が、一方では前記レンズ(2)と、他方では前記支持体(4)、前記ハウジング(5)、または中間の接合構造(6)と溶接されていることを特徴とするカメラモジュール(1)。 - 前記スペーサ要素(7)が、それぞれ少なくとも1つの球形、部分球形、円筒形、または部分円筒形の当接輪郭(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカメラモジュール(1)。
- 前記スペーサ要素(7)が互いに同じ角距離をあけて、前記レンズ(2)の好ましくは円筒形のまたは円錐形に成形された外輪郭(9)の周りに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のカメラモジュール(1)。
- 前記スペーサ要素(7)が、少なくとも一部の区間でガイド形状(10)および/または共通の保持部材(11)内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載のカメラモジュール(1)。
- シール要素(12)、好ましくはシールリングが、前記レンズ(2)と前記支持体(4)との間に、前記レンズ(2)と前記ハウジング(5)との間に、または前記レンズ(2)と前記接合構造(6)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載のカメラモジュール(1)。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法に基づいて製造されていることを特徴とする請求項6から10のいずれか1項に記載のカメラモジュール(1)。
