Claims (8)
- ツールホルダと少なくとも1つのツールとを有するツールユニットであって、前記ツールホルダが、前記ツールを保持するため、及び休止位置から作業位置へ、またその逆への軸方向における前記ツールの案内変位のために設計され、前記ツールホルダ(14)が、制御プロファイル(12)を備えた制御領域を含み、制御ピン(4)が、前記制御プロファイル(14)の、前記軸方向(5)にオフセットされた複数の領域(13’、13”)と相互作用するように設計されている、ツールユニットにおいて、
前記ツールホルダ(14)が、ベース本体と、前記ツールホルダ(14)内で前記少なくとも1つのツール(1)を移動させるために前記ベース本体上に配置された少なくとも1つの案内要素(9、9’、9”)とを有し、前記少なくとも1つの案内要素は前記ツールを受容するために本質的に管状であり、前記ツールは、前記ツールを軸方向に移動させるために前記少なくとも1つの案内要素内に受容され、少なくとも1つの制御溝(7)が、前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(9、9’、9”)の壁(8)に形成され、それにより前記ツール(1)上の制御ピン(4)が前記制御溝(7)に係合し、前記制御溝が、前記壁(8)の円周方向に沿って延在する制御プロファイル(12、12’、12”)を有し、前記制御プロファイルが、前記軸方向にオフセットされた少なくとも2つの領域(13’、13’)を有し、前記ツールホルダ(14)内で前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(9、9’、9”)を回転させるために、駆動手段が前記ツールホルダ(14)に設けられていることを特徴とする、ツールユニット。 - 前記制御溝(7)が、前記制御ピン(4)のための、軸方向に向けられた入口部分(6)を有し、前記入口部分(6)が、前記壁(8)の縁で開放されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツールユニット。
- 前記駆動手段がベルト(23)によって形成され、前記ベルト(23)が、前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(9、9’、9”)の周りに延在し、且つ前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(9、9’、9”)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のツールユニット。
- 前記駆動手段が、前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(9、9’、9”)と噛み合う従動歯車によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のツールユニット。
- 前記ツールホルダ(14)が、複数の案内要素(9、9’、9”)を有し、前記駆動手段が、前記複数の案内要素(9、9’、9”)を同期的に回転させるように設計され、複数の案内要素(9、9’、9”)が、前記駆動手段に対して前記軸方向(5)にオフセットされた前記制御溝(7、7’、7”)の前記複数の領域(13’、13”)に関して、前記案内要素(9、9’、9”)の円周方向にオフセットされた前記ツールホルダ(14)に受容されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のツールユニット。
- 前記駆動手段が、前記複数の案内要素(9、9’、9”)のうちの第1の案内要素(9)と係合し、前記複数の案内要素(9、9’、9”)のうちの少なくとも1つの他の案内要素(9’、9”)が、前記第1の案内要素(9)と係合していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のツールユニット。
- 3つの同一の制御溝(7、7’、7”)が、前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(9、9’、9”)に配置され、且つ、前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(9、9’、9”)の円周方向にそれぞれ120°オフセットされていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のツールユニット。
- 前記ツール(1)と前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(9、9’、9”)との間に弾性ストッパが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のツールユニット。
