Description
a. 加工ヘッド及び作業空間として知られるマシン空間内で前記加工ヘッドを変位するための回転軸を含む電動軸と、
b. 部品を前記作業空間内の所定位置に位置決めし、また保持する手段と、
を備え、
c. 前記加工ヘッドは、材料造形ツールを支持する手段及び材料を供給できる供給手段を有する
ことを特徴とする。
i. 付加オペレーション中、供給手段を使用して部品に材料の層を堆積するステップと、
ii. 造形オペレーション中、造形ツールにより前記部品の一部を造形するステップと、
を有し、
iii. 前記付加オペレーション及び前記造形オペレーションは、同一加工フェーズで空間に3次元的に延在する軌道に沿って実施し、また前記供給手段及び前記造形ツールを前記軌道に対して法線方向に指向させることを特徴とする。
d. 前記加工ヘッドに配置した感知手段と、
e. 前記電動軸上で、前記マシン空間内の前記感知手段の位置を測定する測定手段と
を備える。
f. 前記切削ツールに切削運動を伝達する手段
を備える。
このようにして、本発明装置は、フライス削り又は研磨、とくに、研削ホイールによる材料除去オペレーションを完遂ことができる。
g. 前記部品に切削運動を伝達する手段
を備える。
ci. 金属のパウダーを噴出するオリフィスを持つノズルと、
cii. 前記ノズルのオリフィスと同軸状のレーザービームを発生し、前記パウダーが噴出されるとき前記パウダーを溶融できるデバイスと
を有する。
iv. 造形オペレーション又は付加オペレーションの前に部品感知オペレーションを行い、前記マシン空間における前記オペレーションを再調整できるようにするステップ
を有する。
v. 先に造形した前記表面上に堆積した材料の層(820)に対して切削オペレーションを実施するステップ
を有する。
vi. ステップ(i)〜(iii)で形成した部品上に追加ピースを配置するステップと、
vii.前記加工ヘッドの前記レーザービームを使用して前記追加ピースを前記部品に溶着するステップと
を有する。
x. 加工した第1基板と、
y. 第1基板から隆起して延在する補強材であって、本発明の上述した実施形態のうち1つの方法により基板上に堆積した、該補強材と、
z. 前記補強材の頂部に配置しかつ溶着によって補強材に固着した第2基板と
を有する。
・マシンにおけるテーブル361の変位に対応する水平軸311(いわゆるX軸)と、
・上述した水平軸311に直交し、加工ヘッド370を支持するラム362によって担持される水平軸312(いわゆるY軸)と、
・上述した他の2つの水平軸に直交し、ラム362をカラム363に沿って案内するよう力を伝達する垂直軸313と
を有する。
・加工ヘッド370に与えられるY軸周り(いわゆるB軸周り)の回転運動軸314、
・それ自体テーブル361に連結されたプラテン364によって担持され、Z軸周り(いわゆるC軸周り)の回転運動軸315
に関連する。
・パウダーを噴射しかつ溶融させる付加加工ノズル451、及び
・材料除去加工するフライス削りスピンドル440
を有する。
・感知デバイス460、及び
・第2付加加工ノズル452
を有する。
Claims (13)
- 部品(100,700)を加工する装置において、
a. 加工ヘッド(370)、及び、作業空間として知られるマシン空間内で前記加工ヘッドを変位するための回転軸(314、315)を含む電動軸(311,312,313,314,315)、と、
b. 部品(100)を前記作業空間内の所定位置に位置決めし、また保持する手段と、を備え、
c. 前記加工ヘッド(370)には、材料造形ツールを支持する手段(440)及び材料を供給できる供給手段(250,451,452)が恒久的に保持されており、
前記供給手段は、金属のパウダーを噴出する2つの手段を備え、前記2つの手段それぞれが、
ci. 前記パウダーを噴出するオリフィスを持つノズル(451,452)と、
cii. 前記ノズルのオリフィスと同軸状のレーザービームを発生し、前記パウダーが噴出されるとき前記パウダーを溶融できるデバイス(454)と、を有し、
前記供給手段は、前記加工ヘッド(370)内に後退可能なように、ガイド(651,652)上で前記加工ヘッド(370)に装着されている装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置によって実施する方法において、
i. 付加オペレーション中、供給手段(250)を使用して部品に材料の層(220,820)を堆積するステップと、
ii. 造形オペレーション中、造形ツール(240,840)により前記部品(220,110,810)の一部を造形するステップと、
を有し、
iii. 前記付加オペレーション及び前記造形オペレーションは、同一加工フェーズで、ほぼ一定質量の前記加工ヘッド(370)により、空間に3次元的に延在する軌道に沿って実施し、また前記供給手段及び前記造形ツールを前記軌道に対して法線方向に指向させ、
前記造形オペレーションは漸進的成形オペレーションである方法。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、さらに、
d. 前記加工ヘッド(370)に配置した感知手段(260,460)と、
e. 前記電動軸(311,312,313,314,315)上で、前記マシン空間内の前記感知手段の位置を測定する測定手段と
を備える、装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、前記造形ツールは切削ツール(240)とした、装置。
- 請求項4記載の装置において、さらに、
f. 前記切削ツール(240)に切削運動を伝達する手段(440,441)
を備える、装置。 - 請求項4記載の装置において、さらに、
g. 前記部品(700)に切削運動を伝達する手段(364)
を備える、装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、前記造形ツールは塑性変形によって前記材料を成形するツール(840)とする、装置。
- 請求項2記載の方法において、前記造形オペレーションは、先行の付加オペレーション中に堆積した材料の層(220,820)に対して実施する輪郭切削オペレーションとする、方法。
- 請求項2記載の方法において、前記付加オペレーション中に堆積した材料の層(220,820)は、最初に受けた造形を有する表面上に付加する、方法。
- 請求項3記載の装置で実施する請求項2記載の方法において、さらに、
iv. 造形オペレーション又は付加オペレーションの前に部品感知オペレーションを行い、前記マシン空間における前記造形オペレーション又は前記付加オペレーションを再調整できるようにするステップ
を有する、方法。 - 請求項2記載の方法において、部品の初期材料、及び、前記初期材料上に前記付加オペレーション中に堆積される材料(220,820)、は異なるタイプとする、方法。
- 請求項9記載の方法において、前記先行の造形オペレーションは漸進的成形オペレーションとする、方法。
- 請求項12記載の方法において、漸進的成形によって最初に造形された前記表面上に対する材料付加オペレーションの終了時に、
v. 先に造形した前記表面上に堆積した材料の層(820)に対して切削オペレーションを実施するステップ
を有する、方法。
