Claims (18)
- 装置であって、
製造中に物体を支持するように構成されたプラットフォームと、
円筒ボアを有するハウジング及び前記ハウジングに固定された平面部材内の複数のノズルを有する押出機であって、スプールバルブが、前記円筒ボア内に位置決めされている、押出機と、
前記プラットフォームに平行であるX-Y平面内で前記プラットフォームに対して前記押出機を移動させるように、及び前記X-Y平面に垂直な軸を中心に前記押出機を回転させるように、前記プラットフォーム又は前記押出機に動作可能に接続された、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータと、
前記スプールバルブに動作可能に接続されたスプールアクチュエータであって、前記円筒ボアの縦軸に沿って二方向に前記スプールバルブを移動させるように構成された、スプールアクチュエータと、
前記押出機、前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ、及び前記スプールアクチュエータに動作可能に接続されたコントローラであって、
前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータを動作させて、前記X-Y平面内で前記押出機を移動させ、前記X-Y平面に垂直な前記軸を中心に前記押出機を回転させるように、かつ
前記スプールアクチュエータを動作させて、前記押出機が前記X-Y平面を移動している間に、前記ハウジングの前記円筒ボア内で前記スプールバルブを移動させて、前記平面部材内のノズルを開放及び閉鎖するように構成されている、コントローラと、を備え、
前記スプールバルブが、前記ハウジングの前記円筒ボア内に位置決めされた円筒部材であって、前記円筒ボアの直径に近似する第1の直径を有する2つの端部分と、前記第1の直径よりも小さい第2の直径を有する中央部分と、を有する、円筒部材を更に備える、装置。 - 前記スプールバルブが、

- 前記コントローラによって前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータを動作させて、前記平面部材内の前記少なくとも2列のノズルの縦軸が前記押出機の移動方向に垂直であるように、前記X-Y平面に垂直な前記軸を中心に前記押出機を回転させることを更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記スプールアクチュエータの動作が、
前記コントローラによって前記スプールアクチュエータを動作させて、前記円筒部材の前記2つの端部分のうちの1つから延在している部材を移動させて、前記円筒部材を前記円筒ボア内で移動させることを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
