Description
比較例の帯電防止剤1-4は、市販のカーボンナノチューブである。すなわち、比較例の帯電防止剤は、分散バインダを含まない。帯電防止剤5は、複数壁のカーボンナノチューブと、ポリエチレングリコール分散バインダとの凝集物である。ポリエチレングリコールは、数平均分子量が約400g/molである。
Claims (10)
- 油圧流体を誘導する層状チューブであって、
A.前記油圧流体を誘導するチャンバを定める内層であって、前記内層は、
前記内層の100質量部に対して、30質量部を超える量で存在する第1のフルオロポリマー、
第1の架橋剤、及び
個々のカーボンナノチューブの部分と、分散バインダと、を含む帯電防止剤
を含み、ここで、前記分散バインダは、フルオロポリマーではなく、炭素、窒素、酸素、硫黄、及び水素の群から選択された原子からなり、かつ、前記帯電防止剤は、各々前記帯電防止剤の100質量部に対して、95質量部を超える量の前記カーボンナノチューブ、及び5質量部未満の量の前記分散バインダと、を含み;かつ、
B.前記内層を取り囲む外層であって、前記外層の100質量部に対して、30質量部を超える量で存在する第2のフルオロポリマーを含み、ここで、前記第2のフルオロポリマーは、前記第1のフルオロポリマーと同じか、又は異なる;
を含む、層状チューブ。 - 前記外層は、さらに、前記外層の100質量部に対して、5~30質量部の量で存在する、第3のフルオロポリマーを含み、
前記第3のフルオロポリマーは、ポリ(プロピレン-テトラフルオロエチレン)である、請求項1に記載の層状チューブ。 - 前記分散バインダは、ポリエチレングリコールである、請求項1又は2に記載の層状チューブ。
- 前記分散バインダの数平均分子量は、2000g/mol未満である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の層状チューブ。
- 内層は、さらに、第1のフルオロポリマーとは異なる第4のフルオロポリマーを含み;かつ、
ここで、前記内層は、
前記内層の100質量部に対して、0.7~1.2質量部の量で存在する帯電防止剤;及び
反応生成物;
を含み、前記反応生成物は、
前記内層の100質量部に対して、70~90質量部の量で存在する前記第1のフルオロポリマー;
前記内層の100質量部に対して、5~25質量部の量で存在する前記第4のフルオロポリマー;かつ
前記内層の100質量部に対して、2~6質量部の量で存在する第1の架橋剤と、
であり、
ここで、前記反応生成物は、前記内層の100質量部に対して、98.8~99.3質量部の量で存在する、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の層状チューブ。 - 外層は、さらに、前記外層の100質量部に対して、1~10質量部の量で存在する第2の架橋剤を含み、
前記第2の架橋剤は、内層の第1の架橋剤と同じであるか、又は異なり、
前記外層は、
前記外層の100質量部に対して、70~90質量部の量で存在する第2のフルオロポリマー;
前記外層の100質量部に対して、5~20質量部の量で存在する第3のフルオロポリマー;
前記外層の100質量部に対して、1~10質量部の量で存在する前記第2の架橋剤;
である反応生成物を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の層状チューブ。 - フルオロポリマー組成物を生成する方法であって、
カーボンナノチューブと分散バインダとの凝集物を含む、帯電防止剤を提供するステップ;かつ
第1のフルオロポリマー、第1の架橋剤、及び前記帯電防止剤を混合して、前記フルオロポリマー組成物を形成するステップ;
を含み、
ここで、前記混合の間、前記帯電防止剤の少なくとも部分の凝集が減少して、個々のカーボンナノチューブが、前記フルオロポリマー組成物全体に分散され、かつ、
ここで、前記分散バインダは、フルオロポリマーではなく、炭素、窒素、酸素、硫黄、及び水素の群から選択された原子からなる、方法。 - 分散バインダの数平均分子量は、2000g/mol未満である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 分散バインダは、炭素、酸素、水素、及びこれらの組み合わせの群から選択された原子からなる、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 分散バインダは、ポリエチレングリコールである、請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
