Claims (10)
- 複数の異なるユーザに関連付けられたユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザの各ユーザについて、
前記ユーザデバイスと通信するサーバのデータ処理ハードウェアによって、前記データ処理ハードウェアと通信するメモリハードウェアに、前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちの対応するユーザについて対応する話者照合データを記憶するステップと、
前記データ処理ハードウェアにおいて、前記ユーザデバイスによってキャプチャされた発声に対応するオーディオデータを受信するステップと、
前記データ処理ハードウェアによって、前記対応する話者照合データと前記オーディオデータとをを比較することによって対応する話者照合スコアを生成することを介して、前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちのユーザから、前記発声の話者を判定するステップであって、
前記対応する話者照合スコアは、前記発声が、前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちの前記対応するユーザによって話された可能性を示し、
対応する詐欺者照合データと、前記オーディオデータとを比較することによって、対応する詐欺者照合スコアを生成するステップであって、
前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザの各ユーザの話者照合データの一部が、特定の日時、特定の日、特定の場所、または、これらの複数の組合せの間において、前記対応する詐欺者照合データとして使用される、ステップと、
前記対応する詐欺者照合スコアを前記対応する話者照合スコアと比較するステップと、
前記対応する話者照合スコアが最も高いと決定するステップと
を含む、ステップと、
前記データ処理ハードウェアによって、前記発声に対応する前記オーディオデータを分析して、前記発声に含まれる音声コマンドを識別するステップと
を備える、方法。 - 前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちの各対応するユーザについて、前記対応する話者照合データは、
前記対応するユーザによって話された発声を、前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちの他のユーザから区別するように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記発声に対応する前記オーディオデータを受信するステップは、
前記ユーザデバイスによってキャプチャされた、その後に前記音声コマンドが続く特定のあらかじめ定義されたホットワードを含む前記発声に対応する前記オーディオデータを受信するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちのユーザから、前記発声の前記話者を判定するステップは、
前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザの各ユーザについて、前記データ処理ハードウェアと通信するメモリハードウェアから、前記対応する話者照合データを取得するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記発声の前記話者を識別するステップの前に、前記データ処理ハードウェアによって、前記最も高い対応する話者照合スコアが、受諾しきい値を満足すると判定するステップをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- サーバを備えたシステムであって、
前記サーバは、
データ処理ハードウェアと、
前記データ処理ハードウェアと通信し、命令を記憶したメモリハードウェアと
を備え、
前記命令は、前記データ処理ハードウェアによって実行されると、前記データ処理ハードウェアに動作を実行させ、前記動作は、
複数の異なるユーザに関連付けられたユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザの各ユーザについて、
前記メモリハードウェアに、前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちの対応するユーザについて対応する話者照合データを記憶するステップと、
前記ユーザデバイスによってキャプチャされた発声に対応するオーディオデータを受信するステップと、
前記対応する話者照合データと前記オーディオデータとをを比較することによって対応する話者照合スコアを生成することを介して、前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちのユーザから、前記発声の話者を判定するステップであって、
前記対応する話者照合スコアは、前記発声が、前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちの前記対応するユーザによって話された可能性を示し、
対応する詐欺者照合データと、前記オーディオデータとを比較することによって、対応する詐欺者照合スコアを生成するステップであって、
前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザの各ユーザの話者照合データの一部が、特定の日時、特定の日、特定の場所、または、これらの複数の組合せの間において、前記対応する詐欺者照合データとして使用される、ステップと、
前記対応する詐欺者照合スコアを前記対応する話者照合スコアと比較するステップと、
前記対応する話者照合スコアが最も高いと決定するステップと
を含む、ステップと、
前記発声に対応する前記オーディオデータを分析して、前記発声に含まれる音声コマンドを識別するステップと
を備える、システム。 - 前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちの各対応するユーザについて、前記対応する話者照合データは、前記対応するユーザによって話された発声を、前記ユーザデバイスの前記複数の異なるユーザのうちの他のユーザから区別するように構成される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記発声に対応する前記オーディオデータを受信するステップは、
