Claims (14)
- 媒体を給送する本管(12)用の管クリップ(1)であって、
サドル部材(2)と、
前記サドル部材(2)に配置されている軸受エレメント(3,4)と、
緊締ユニット(13)と、
を含み、
前記緊締ユニット(13)は、前記本管(12)に巻き掛けるための少なくとも1つのバンド(9)と、バンド結合部(7)と、緊締レバー(5)とを含んでおり、前記バンド結合部(7)と前記緊締レバー(5)とは、1つもしくは複数の前記バンド(9)のそれぞれ一方の端部に配置されていて、互いに対向して位置しており、
前記緊締レバー(5)に延長部(8)が配置されており、前記延長部(8)は、前記緊締ユニット(13)を前記本管(12)に固定的に緊締した後に、前記緊締レバー(5)から除去可能であり、
緊締過程では、前記延長部(8)を介して前記緊締レバー(5)を旋回させるための力が導入され、
前記サドル部材(2)に配置された前記軸受エレメント(3,4)は、一方の側では軸受ピン(3)として形成されていて、反対側では軸受シェル(4)として形成されており、
前記緊締レバー(5)は、前記軸受ピン(3)を取り囲んで係合していて、かつ固定的な旋回軸線(3)としての役割を果たすクランプ(6)を有している、
ことを特徴とする、管クリップ(1)。 - 前記延長部(8)は、ねじ込みまたは差込みによって、前記緊締レバー(5)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 前記バンド結合部(7)が、軸線を成すように形成されていて、前記サドル部材(2)の一方の側に配置された前記軸受シェル(4)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 前記クランプ(6)は、前記軸受エレメント(3)に180°よりも大きな角度にわたり巻き掛けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 1つもしくは複数の前記バンド(9)の一方の端部が、前記緊締レバー(5)に設けられたバンド取付け部(11)に配置されており、該バンド取付け部(11)は、前記サドル部材(2)に設けられた前記軸受エレメント(3,4)を取り囲んで係合していて、かつ旋回軸線(3)としての役割を果たす前記クランプ(6)から、距離をおいて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 前記緊締レバー(5)に設けられた前記バンド取付け部(11)が、前記クランプ(6)もしくは前記旋回軸線(3)から、少なくとも15mmの距離(A)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 前記緊締ユニット(13)に、前記本管(12)に巻き掛けられる1つから4つのバンド(9)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 前記緊締ユニット(13)に、前記本管(12)に巻き掛けられる2つのバンド(9)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 前記緊締レバー(5)に収容部(10)が配置されており、該収容部(10)は前記延長部(8)を収容するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 前記緊締ユニット(13)が一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 前記緊締ユニット(13)の1つもしくは複数の前記バンド(9)は、前記バンド結合部(7)および前記緊締レバー(5)に取外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 前記延長部(8)は、別個の部材として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の管クリップ(1)。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の管クリップ(1)を取り付けるために本管(12)に巻き掛けるための緊締ユニット(13)であって、緊締レバー(5)と、前記本管(12)に巻き掛けるための少なくとも1つのバンド(9)と、バンド結合部(7)とを含んでおり、該バンド結合部(7)と前記緊締レバー(5)とは、1つもしくは複数の前記バンド(9)のそれぞれ一方の端部に配置されている、緊締ユニット(13)において、該緊締ユニット(13)が一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、緊締ユニット(13)。
- 請求項13記載の緊締ユニット(13)を製造する方法であって、緊締レバー(5)およびバンド結合部(7)を、プラスチック射出成形法によって1つもしくは複数のバンド(9)に固着するように射出成形する、もしくはバンド端部に固着するように射出成形する、または、1つもしくは複数の前記バンドを含めて前記緊締ユニット(13)全体を射出成形法によって製造することを特徴とする、緊締ユニット(13)を製造する方法。
