具体实施方式
在图1中图示的附图示出了根据本发明的管夹1的三维图示,该管夹1具有用于牢固地张紧张紧单元13的延伸部8。管夹1紧固在主管12上并且借助于张紧单元13固定。鞍形构件2优选地以一体件形成,其上布置有轴承元件3、4。轴承元件3、4在鞍形构件2的一侧上具有轴瓦的形式,在图2中可见,并且在另一侧上具有轴承螺栓的形式。显然,也将想到用于轴承元件或轴承的其它配置。
张紧单元13包含至少一个带9,其中,在图示的实施例中,两个带9被彼此平行延伸地设置。夹紧杆5和与其相对的带联结件7被布置在带9的端部处。张紧单元13形成为一个部件,因为带端部用夹紧杆5和带联结件7的塑料注射成型。带端部在带紧固件11处并入到夹紧杆5中,并且相对的带端部并入到带联结件7中。夹紧杆5的支架6用于将夹紧杆5分别安装在轴承元件3和轴承螺栓上。轴承螺栓或旋转轴线与夹紧杆5上的带紧固件11之间的距离A形成为相对较大,以便具有大的张紧距离,并且还能够实现环绕处于标准(norm)的上限处的管直径。这能够实现优选地设计为轴的带联结件7的简单安装,因为带9对应地设计得长,这在图5中容易看到,其中,带9显示为松的。显然,夹紧杆5能够甚至进一步向下折叠,以便在紧固管夹1时能够尽可能容易地将带9环绕主管12。然而,产生这样长的张紧路径的该大的距离A需要高的扭矩以围绕夹紧杆5移动或移动直到夹紧杆5已经倾斜超过死点,如图5中所示。为了减小这里所需的力,延伸部8被布置在夹紧杆5上,由此,到旋转轴线的距离增加,并且允许力的减小而不影响扭矩。延伸部8设计为单独的部件并且能够在张紧过程之后从夹紧杆5移除,并且然后在安装下一个管夹1时再次使用。延伸部8被优选地布置在夹紧杆5上的安装件10中并且在此处通过形状配件接合相互作用。安装件10优选地设计为中空的圆柱体,并且限定长度以使其用作用于夹紧杆5的约束件。这意味着夹紧杆5只能够向上移动到特定位置直到安装件10碰到管夹1,如图4中清楚地所示。这防止夹紧杆5移出超过终点位置的该设定,使得带的张力不能够再次减小。

Claims (20)
1.一种管夹(1),用于连接输送介质的主管(12)的流出管,包括鞍形构件(2)、轴承元件(3、4)、张紧单元(13),其中,所述轴承元件(3、4)被布置在所述鞍形构件(2)上,其中,所述张紧单元(13)包括用于包围所述主管(12)的至少一个带(9)、带联结件(7)和夹紧杆(5),其中,所述带联结件(7)和所述夹紧杆(5)分别被布置在一个带(9)或多个带(9)的一端与另一端处并且彼此相对,其特征在于,延伸部(8)被布置在所述夹紧杆(5)上,其中,在所述张紧单元(13)被牢固地夹紧在所述主管(12)上之后,所述延伸部(8)能够从所述夹紧杆(5)移除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述延伸部(8)通过拧入或推入配合作用而被紧固在所述夹紧杆(5)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,布置在所述鞍形构件(2)上的所述轴承元件(3、4)在一侧上形成为轴承螺栓并且在相对侧上形成为轴瓦。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述夹紧杆(5)包括用于围绕所述轴承螺栓接合的支架(6)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述支架(6)包围所述轴承螺栓超过180°。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,一至四个带(9)被布置在所述张紧单元(13)上并且包围所述主管(12)。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,一个带(9)的一端或多个带(9)中的每一个的一端被布置在所述夹紧杆(5)的带紧固件(11)上,其中,所述带紧固件(11)被布置在距所述支架(6)一距离处,所述支架(6)围绕所述鞍形构件(2)上的所述轴承螺栓接合,并且所述支架(6)用作旋转轴线。
8.根据权利要求7所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,在所述夹紧杆(5)上的所述带紧固件(11)与所述支架(6)或旋转轴线相距至少15 mm的距离(A)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,安装件(10)被布置在所述夹紧杆(5)上,其中,所述安装件(10)用于安装所述延伸部(8)。
10.根据权利要求3所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述带联结件(7)形成为轴并且被布置在所述轴瓦中,所述轴瓦被布置在所述鞍形构件(2)的一侧上。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述张紧单元(13)以一体件形成,其中,所述带联结件(7)和所述夹紧杆(5)通过注射成型被布置在带端部处,或者,完整的张紧单元形成为包括一个或多个带(9)的一个注射成型部件。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述张紧单元(13)的一个或多个带(9)以可拆卸的方式被紧固在所述带联结件(7)上和所述夹紧杆(5)上。
13.根据权利要求1所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述管夹(1)是管鞍夹。
14.根据权利要求1所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述管夹(1)是塑料的。
15.根据权利要求1所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述轴承元件(3、4)与所述鞍形构件(2)以一体件形成。
16.根据权利要求1所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述延伸部(8)形成为单独的部件。
17.根据权利要求6所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,所述一至四个带(9)为两个带(9)。
18.根据权利要求11所述的管夹(1),其特征在于,带端部被螺接、铆接和/或夹紧在所述带联结件(7)和所述夹紧杆(5)上。
19.一种张紧单元(13),用于包围主管(12)以用于紧固根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的管夹(1),包括夹紧杆(5)、用于包围所述主管(12)的至少一个带(9)和带联结件(7),其中,所述带联结件(7)和所述夹紧杆(5)分别被布置在一个带(9)或多个带(9)的一端与另一端处,其特征在于,所述张紧单元(13)以一体件形成。
20.一种用于制造根据权利要求19所述的张紧单元(13)的方法,其特征在于,所述夹紧杆(5)和所述带联结件(7)借助于注塑成型工艺被注射成型在一个带(9)或多个带(9)上,并且被注射成型在带端部处,或者,完整的张紧单元通过注射成型被制造,包括一个或多个带。
