図1に示すように、封止弁は、封止弁本体1を含み、封止弁本体1に円柱状弁孔2が開設され、円柱状弁孔2の底端に錐台状孔3が設けられ、錐台状孔3は円柱状弁孔2と同軸に設けられ、錐台状孔3の小さい底端は円柱状弁孔2の底端と連通する。封止弁本体1の形状は円柱体であり、封止弁本体1の材料は弾性材料を選択し、例えばゴムであり、好ましくはシリコンである。錐台状孔3は、大きい底端及び小さい底端を有する孔であり、大きい底端の直径は、小さい底端の直径よりも大きく、大きい底端から小さい底端までの間の直径は、小さくなる傾向がある。
図2に示すように、実施例2にて提供される装置は、実施例1と同じであるが、錐台状孔3の大きい底端に円柱状液体貯槽4が連通し、錐台状孔3が円柱状液体貯槽4と同軸に設けられ、円柱状液体貯槽4の直径が錐台状孔の大きい底端の直径よりも大きい点に違いがある。
図3に示すように、実施例3にて提供される装置は、実施例1又は実施例2と同じであるが、円柱状弁孔2の頂端に封止溝5が設けられ、封止溝5の底面と封止弁本体1の頂面との接続箇所が円弧により移行し、すなわち封止溝5の内側壁が円弧状である点に違いがある。
図4に示すように、液出し構造は、噴出パイプと、噴出パイプの端部に設けられるノズルと、を含む。
図5に示すように、実施例5にて提供される装置は、実施例4と同じであるが、環状スリーブ2-1が噴出パイプ本体1-1に係着される点に違いがある。具体的には、噴出パイプ本体1-1における、ショルダ1-5と反対する側の他端部に接続用環状台1-7が設けられ、接続用環状台1-7の外側壁に環状ボス1-8が設けられ、環状スリーブ2-1の開口端に環状ボス1-8と嵌合する環状凹溝2-9が設けられる。ノズルは噴出パイプ本体1-1における環状ボス1-8と相互に嵌合し、接続用環状台1-7は環状スリーブ2-1内に挿入され、取り付けやすくて迅速であり、外れにくい。液体試薬は、試薬キットの液出し口7と噴出パイプを経てから、封止弁の円柱状弁孔2を経て、さらにノズル内の液体通路2-6から噴出される。

前記環状スリーブ(2-1)は前記噴出パイプ本体(1-1)に螺着又は係着され、前記環状スリーブ(2-1)内に前記封止弁が設けられ、
前記封止弁は、封止弁本体(1)を含み、前記封止弁本体(1)に円柱状弁孔(2)が開設され、前記円柱状弁孔(2)の底端に錐台状孔(3)が設けられ、前記錐台状孔(3)は前記円柱状弁孔(2)と同軸に設けられ、前記錐台状孔(3)の小さい底端は前記円柱状弁孔(2)の底端と連通する、
ことを特徴とする、液出し構造。 - 前記錐台状孔(3)の大きい底端に円柱状液体貯槽(4)が連通し、前記錐台状孔(3)は前記円柱状液体貯槽(4)と同軸に設けられ、前記円柱状液体貯槽(4)の直径は前記錐台状孔(3)の大きい底端の直径よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液出し構造。
- 前記円柱状弁孔(2)の頂端に封止溝(5)が設けられ、前記封止溝(5)の底面と前記封止弁本体(1)の頂面とを接続する前記封止溝(5)の側壁は円弧状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液出し構造。
- 前記封止弁本体(1)の形状は円柱体である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液出し構造。
- 前記噴出パイプ本体(1-1)における、前記ショルダ(1-5)が位置する側の端部の外側壁に雄ねじ(1-6)が設けられ、前記環状スリーブ(2-1)の開口端に前記雄ねじ(1-6)と嵌合する雌ねじ(2-8)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液出し構造。
- 前記噴出パイプ本体(1-1)における、前記ショルダ(1-5)と反対する側の他端部に接続用環状台(1-7)が設けられ、前記接続用環状台(1-7)の外側壁に環状ボス(1-8)が設けられ、前記環状スリーブ(2-1)の開口端に前記環状ボス(1-8)と嵌合する環状凹溝(2-9)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液出し構造。
- 前記磁石棒(1-3)の形状は円柱体である、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の液出し構造。
- 前記邪魔棒(1-4)の数は3つ以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液出し構造。
- いくつかの前記ショルダ(1-5)で囲まれた円形断面の直径は前記磁石棒(1-3)の断面直径よりも小さく、いくつかの前記邪魔棒(1-4)で囲まれた円形断面の直径は前記磁石棒(1-3)の断面直径よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液出し構造。
