Abstract
Description
前記噴出パイプは、噴出パイプ本体と、噴出パイプ本体の軸方向に沿って延在する噴出孔と、噴出孔内に設置される磁石棒とを含み、前記噴出孔の内壁に噴出孔の軸方向に沿って延在するいくつかの邪魔棒が均等に設置され、各前記邪魔棒の一端に噴出孔の中心に向かって延在するショルダが設置され、前記磁石棒はショルダと邪魔棒で囲まれた空間内において噴出孔の軸方向に沿って移動可能であり、
前記ノズルは、環状スリーブと、環状スリーブの一端に設置されるエンドプレートと、エンドプレートの中心に設置されるノズルパイプと、ノズルパイプの端部に設置される円錐状噴出口とを含み、前記エンドプレートにノズルパイプの外周を囲む環状フランジがさらに設置され、前記ノズルパイプと円錐状噴出口内には環状スリーブの内部と連通する液体通路が設置され、前記ノズルパイプと環状フランジとの間に環状スロットが囲まれてなり、
前記環状スリーブは噴出パイプ本体に螺着又は係着される試薬キットの液出し装置である。
Claims (7)
- 噴出パイプと、前記噴出パイプの端部に設置されるノズルとを含む試薬キットの液出し装置であって、
前記噴出パイプは、噴出パイプ本体(1-1)と、前記噴出パイプ本体(1-1)の軸方向に沿って延在する噴出孔(1-2)と、前記噴出孔(1-2)内に設置される磁石棒(1-3)とを含み、前記噴出孔(1-2)の内壁に前記噴出孔(1-2)の軸方向に沿って延在するいくつかの邪魔棒(1-4)が均等に設置され、各前記邪魔棒(1-4)の一端に前記噴出孔(1-2)の中心に向かって延在するショルダ(1-5)が設置され、前記磁石棒(1-3)は前記ショルダ(1-5)と前記邪魔棒(1-4)で囲まれた空間内において前記噴出孔(1-2)の軸方向に沿って移動可能であり、
前記ノズルは、環状スリーブ(2-1)と、前記環状スリーブ(2-1)の一端に設置されるエンドプレート(2-2)と、前記エンドプレート(2-2)の中心に設置されるノズルパイプ(2-3)と、前記ノズルパイプ(2-3)の端部に設置される円錐状噴出口(2-4)とを含み、前記エンドプレート(2-2)に前記ノズルパイプ(2-3)の外周を囲む環状フランジ(2-5)がさらに設置され、前記ノズルパイプ(2-3)と前記円錐状噴出口(2-4)内に前記環状スリーブ(2-1)の内部と連通する液体通路(2-6)が設置され、前記ノズルパイプ(2-3)と前記環状フランジ(2-5)との間に環状スロット(2-7)が囲まれてなり、
前記環状スリーブ(2-1)は前記噴出パイプ本体(1-1)に螺着又は係着される、ことを特徴とする試薬キットの液出し装置。 - 前記噴出パイプ本体(1-1)は前記ショルダ(1-5)に位置する端部の外側壁に雄ねじ(1-6)が設置され、前記環状スリーブ(2-1)の開口端に前記雄ねじ(1-6)と嵌合する雌ねじ(2-8)が設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の試薬キットの液出し装置。
- 前記噴出パイプ本体(1-1)は前記ショルダ(1-5)と反対する他方の端部に接続用環状台(1-7)が設置され、前記接続用環状台(1-7)の外側壁に環状ボス(1-8)が設置され、前記環状スリーブ(2-1)の開口端に前記環状ボス(1-8)と嵌合する環状凹溝(2-9)が設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の試薬キットの液出し装置。
- 前記環状スリーブ(2-1)内に封止ガスケット(2-10)が設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の試薬キットの液出し装置。
- 前記磁石棒(1-3)の形状は円柱状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の試薬キットの液出し装置。
- 前記邪魔棒(1-4)の数は3つ以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の試薬キットの液出し装置。
- いくつかの前記ショルダ(1-5)で囲まれた円柱状空間の直径は磁石棒(1-3)の断面直径よりも小さく、いくつかの前記邪魔棒(1-4)で囲まれた円柱状空間の直径は磁石棒(1-3)の断面直径よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の試薬キットの液出し装置。
