Description
Claims (8)
- 単電池であって、
両端のそれぞれに第1の端蓋(200)と第2の端蓋(300)が設けられ、前記第1の端蓋(200)及び前記第2の端蓋(300)とともに、電極組立体(400)を設けるための収容スペースを画定する円筒体(100)と、
前記第1の端蓋(200)及び前記第2の端蓋(300)に挿通され、前記収容スペースを貫通しており、外側壁が前記電極組立体(400)と接触する熱交換管(500)とを含み、
前記第1の端蓋(200)には、別の前記単電池の前記第2の端蓋(300)に接続するための接続ユニット(600)が設けられ、
前記第1の端蓋(200)には第1の雌ネジ(220)が設けられ、前記第2の端蓋(300)には第2の雌ネジ(320)が設けられ、前記接続ユニット(600)には前記第1の雌ネジ(220)に接続される第1の雄ネジ(610)が設けられ、前記接続ユニット(600)には前記第2の雌ネジ(320)に対応する第2の雄ネジ(620)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする単電池。 - 前記熱交換管(500)は、中心管(510)、第1のコネクタ(520)、及び第2のコネクタ(530)を含み、前記第1の端蓋(200)及び前記第2の端蓋(300)のそれぞれには、前記中心管(510)に適合する第1の取付孔及び第2の取付孔が開けられ、前記第1のコネクタ(520)は前記中心管(510)の一端に取り外し可能に接続され、前記第1の端蓋(200)に押し付けられ、前記第2のコネクタ(530)は前記中心管(510)の他端に取り外し可能に接続され、前記第2の端蓋(300)に押し付けられ、前記第1のコネクタ(520)及び前記第2のコネクタ(530)のそれぞれの内部には、前記中心管(510)の内部に連通している第1のスルーホール(521)及び第2のスルーホール(531)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単電池。
- 前記中心管(510)の両端はそれぞれ前記第1のコネクタ(520)及び前記第2のコネクタ(530)に螺合される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の単電池。
- 第1のシール部材(540)と第2のシール部材(550)をさらに含み、前記第1のシール部材(540)は前記第1のコネクタ(520)と前記第1の端蓋(200)との間にシールして設けられ、前記第2のシール部材(550)は前記第2のコネクタ(530)と前記第2の端蓋(300)との間にシールして設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の単電池。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の単電池を少なくとも2つ含み、前記単電池同士は接続ユニット(600)を介して順次直列され、隣接する前記単電池の前記熱交換管(500)は互いに連通している、ことを特徴とする電池パック。
- 隣接する前記単電池と対応する前記接続ユニット(600)とにより密閉室(800)が形成され、前記熱交換管(500)はすべて前記密閉室(800)に連通している、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記接続ユニット(600)の側壁には、前記密閉室(800)と外部とを連通させる貫通穴(630)が設けられ、前記貫通穴(630)には前記貫通穴(630)をシールするシーリングプラグが取り外し可能に取付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 隣接する前記熱交換管(500)同士は第3のジョイント(900)を介して接続され、前記第3のジョイント(900)の内部に、隣接する前記熱交換管(500)の内部に連通している内孔チャンネルが設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池パック。
