Description
複数のバッテリーセルと、
複数のバッテリーセルの充放電を管理するように構成され、基板の相対的に広い面同士が対面するように配列され、互いに電気的に接続された少なくとも二つの印刷回路基板を備えたバッテリー管理ユニットと、
電気絶縁性を有し、複数のバッテリーセルを収容可能な内部空間を有し、少なくとも二つの印刷回路基板を固定する固定部を備えたパックハウジングと、を含む。
パックハウジング上に搭載されて第1貫通孔が形成された第1印刷回路基板と、
第1印刷回路基板と所定の距離だけ離隔した距離に位置し、第2貫通孔が形成された第2印刷回路基板と、を備え、
固定部は、
本体が第1印刷回路基板の第1貫通孔及び第2印刷回路基板の第2貫通孔をそれぞれ貫通するように構成され、本体の長手方向の終端に搭載溝が形成された少なくとも一つの固定柱と、
第1印刷回路基板及び第2印刷回路基板のそれぞれを固定柱に固定するように、第2貫通孔及び搭載溝のそれぞれに挿入固定されるネジと、を含み得る。
固定柱は、長手方向の終端の直径が基端の直径よりも小さくなり得る。
パックハウジングには、固定孔に挿入されたネジの一部分が挿入固定されるように構成された固定溝が形成され得る。

Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの充放電を管理するように構成され、基板の相対的に広い面同士が対面するように配列され、互いに電気的に接続された少なくとも二つの印刷回路基板を備えたバッテリー管理ユニットと、
電気絶縁性を有し、前記複数のバッテリーセルを収容可能な内部空間を有し、前記少なくとも二つの印刷回路基板を固定する固定部を備えた、パックハウジングと、
を含み、
前記バッテリー管理ユニットは、
前記パックハウジング上に搭載されて第1貫通孔が形成された第1印刷回路基板と、
前記第1印刷回路基板と所定の距離だけ離隔した距離に位置し、第2貫通孔が形成された第2印刷回路基板と、
を備え、
前記固定部は、本体が前記第1印刷回路基板の第1貫通孔及び前記第2印刷回路基板の第2貫通孔をそれぞれ貫通するように構成された少なくとも一つの固定柱を含み、
前記第1印刷回路基板には、第1ネジが挿入される固定孔が形成され、
前記パックハウジングには、前記固定孔に挿入された前記第1ネジの一部分が挿入固定されるように構成された固定溝が形成されている、バッテリーパック。 - 前記固定部の前記固定柱は、前記本体の長手方向の終端に搭載溝が形成され、
前記固定部は、前記第1印刷回路基板及び前記第2印刷回路基板のそれぞれを前記固定柱に固定するように、前記第2貫通孔、及び前記搭載溝のそれぞれに挿入固定された第2ネジをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1印刷回路基板の第1貫通孔は、前記第2印刷回路基板の第2貫通孔よりも直径が大きく、
前記固定柱は、長手方向の終端の直径が基端の直径よりも小さい、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記固定柱は、前記第2印刷回路基板の第2貫通孔よりも大きい直径を有するストッパを備える、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1印刷回路基板及び前記第2印刷回路基板のいずれか一つ以上の外面に電気絶縁性のコーティング層が形成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1印刷回路基板及び前記第2印刷回路基板を覆うように構成されたBMSハウジングをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
