Claims (11)
- 垂直方向または水平方向に積層された複数の電池セルと、
前記電池セルの近くに位置する消火部と、を含み、
前記消火部は、消火物質を内蔵している消火パック、前記電池セルと前記消火パックとの間に介在された圧電素子、及び前記電池セルと前記消火パックとの間に介在された一つ以上の破砕部を含む、消火部を備えた電池モジュール。 - 前記消火パックは前記電池セルの片面または両面と密着している、請求項1に記載の消火部を備えた電池モジュール。
- 前記圧電素子は前記電池セルの一面中央に位置し、前記圧電素子と前記破砕部との間には連結回路を備える、請求項1または2に記載の消火部を備えた電池モジュール。
- 前記破砕部は、前記電池セルまたは前記消火パックに固定される結合部、及び前記結合部から延びた刃部を含み、前記刃部は電気活性高分子(Electro Active Polymer)からなる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の消火部を備えた電池モジュール。
- 前記破砕部は前記電池セルの電極リードの近くに位置する、請求項4に記載の消火部を備えた電池モジュール。
- 前記刃部は前記圧電素子で発生した電圧によって所定の角度に変形されて前記消火パックを破断させる、請求項4または5に記載の消火部を備えた電池モジュール。
- 前記刃部は前記結合部の縁に沿って複数備えられる、請求項4~6のいずれか一項にに記載の消火部を備えた電池モジュール。
- 前記刃部は前記結合部と同じ厚さで延びている、請求項4~7のいずれか一項にに記載の消火部を備えた電池モジュール。
- 前記刃部は前記結合部の縁から遠くなるほど厚さが減少する、請求項4~8のいずれか一項にに記載の消火部を備えた電池モジュール。
- 前記刃部と前記結合部とが連結される部分には溝部が形成される、請求項8または9に記載の消火部を備えた電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
