Claims (7)
- パウチと、
前記パウチの内部に収容されて密閉される電極体と、
前記パウチの内部に備えられ、且つ前記電極体の一側または両側に備えられて電極体を支持する第1部材と、
前記パウチの内部に前記第1部材と並ぶように備えられ、且つ前記第1部材とパウチとの間に備えられて、温度上昇に伴ってパウチの側に凸状に変形される第2部材と、を含む二次電池。 - 前記第2部材は、少なくとも一側が第1部材に結合されて固定される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2部材は、常温を基準として、温度上昇に伴って変形される程度が大きくなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2部材は、パウチの内部にガスが発生する前に変形され始める、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2部材は、断面が弧形状に変形される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2部材の一部分は温度が上昇しても変形されず、変形されていない部分は前記第1部材と並ぶように維持される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 並んで積層配列されて電気的に連結される多数個の請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の二次電池と、
前記多数個の二次電池が内部に収容されるケースと、
前記ケースに形成され、最外側に配置された二次電池の電極タブに連結される電極端子と、を含み、
前記二次電池の第2部材は、変形後に元の形態に戻らず、変形された状態に維持されることで、温度上昇によって前記二次電池が膨張した時に、前記電極端子と最外側の二次電池の電極タブとが短絡されて再び連結されないように形成される、二次電池パック。
