Abstract
Description
即ち、メインフレーム31を基準にして一側に位置する電極リード12は、相互結合して一つの電極リード結合体を形成し、メインフレーム32を基準にして前記一側と反対側である他側に位置する電極リード12は、相互結合してもう一つのリード結合体を形成し、サブフレーム32は、このようなリード結合体が安定した結合状態を維持するようにする支持構造物として機能することができる。

Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されて形成されたセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体の一側または両側に結合するモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームの内部に収容され、基準温度以上で消火薬剤を噴出する消火ユニットと、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームが、
前記セル積層体の中心部に配置され、前記消火ユニットを収容するメインフレームと、
前記メインフレームの両側部に配置され、相互隣接したバッテリーセルの間ごとに介在される複数のサブフレームと、
を含む請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記メインフレームは、前記消火薬剤を噴出する複数の噴射孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記噴射孔は、出口部分が上方へ進むほど広くなるテーパ形状を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記サブフレームが、前記バッテリーセルの封止部及び電極リードを支持することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記消火ユニットが、
前記メインフレームに形成された収容空間内に位置し、前記セル積層体を構成する複数のバッテリーセルにおける中心部に位置する二つのセル各々の収容部と接触することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火ユニットが、
基準温度以上で気化する消火薬剤と、
前記消火薬剤を収容し、前記基準温度以上で破断する収容容器と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールと、
少なくとも一つの前記バッテリーモジュールを収容するパックハウジングと、
を含む、バッテリーパック。
