Claims (6)
- 位置センサを用いずにブラシレス電動モータによりギアボックスのオイルポンプの始動を制御するための方法であって、前記オイルポンプが、モータ制御が定電流開ループ制御シーケンスに切り替わって戻される前記オイルポンプの焼き付きを検出する診断しきい値を超えないが、速度調整がギアボックスの信頼性を確実にするために必要な潤滑流量に対応する設定値で閉ループ制御に切り替わる速度しきい値に達するまで、ステータコイルが、前記定電流開ループ制御シーケンスに従ってオフモードから電力を供給される、方法において、開ループ電流設定値が、開ループモードでは閉ループモードにおけるよりも高い前記オイルポンプのモータトルクを有するように、閉ループモードに切り替えるためのしきい値よりも高いことを特徴とする、オイルポンプの始動を制御するための方法。
- 閉ループモードで前記オイルポンプの焼き付きを検出したとき、GMPコンピュータが、較正された期間の間、前記オイルポンプの速度調整を開ループモードに切り替えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオイルポンプの始動を制御するための方法。
- 前記開ループモードのポンプ制御シーケンスが、ロータの振動のシーケンスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のオイルポンプの始動を制御するための方法。
- 前記較正された期間の終わりに、前記GMPコンピュータが、閉ループモード動作に対応する速度設定値を前記オイルポンプへ送ることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のオイルポンプの始動を制御するための方法。
- 前記GMPコンピュータは、閉ループモードで前記診断しきい値を超える度毎に、前記定電流開ループ制御シーケンスに戻すことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のオイルポンプの始動を制御するための方法。
- 前記速度設定値が閉ループモードで前記診断しきい値未満のままで、オイルの温度が十分に高くなった場合に、電流の制御が、前記ギアボックスの信頼性を確実にするために必要な潤滑流量に対応する設定値で閉ループモードのままであることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のオイルポンプの始動を制御するための方法。
