Description
Claims (12)
- 液体から粒子を濾過する濾過装置(10)であって、前記濾過装置(10)が、
濾過容器(12)と、
そこを通過する液体から粒子を除去する少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)であって、前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)が前記濾過容器(12)の内側へ向かい前記濾過容器(12)の外側へたどる経路(20)に沿って移動するように構成された少なくとも1つの濾過要素と、
粒子と液体との混合物を前記濾過容器(12)内の前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)へ搬送するように構成された濾過入口(16)と、
前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)によって濾過された液体を前記濾過容器(12)から外側へ搬送するように構成された濾過出口(18)と、
濾過された液体を前記濾過出口(18)から受け取る回収ボリューム(32)と、
濾過された液体を前記回収ボリューム(32)から外側へ搬送するように構成された回収ボリュームの出口(36)と、を備え、
前記回収ボリューム(32)が、前記回収ボリューム(32)内に収容された濾過された液体の液柱の重量が前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)の下流側に過少圧力を生成して前記濾過容器(12)内の前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)にかかる差圧を確立し、
前記濾過装置(10)が前記濾過容器(12)内の前記濾過要素(14)にかかる前記差圧を制御するように構成された圧力デバイス(40)をさらに備える、濾過装置(10)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)が前記経路(20)に沿って移動するように構成されたエンドレス濾過要素(14)を備える、請求項1に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記経路(20)が測地学的に2つの高い部分(24)と前記高い2つの部分(24)の間の測地学的に低い部分(26)とを備え、前記低い部分(26)が前記濾過容器(12)内に配置された、請求項1又は2に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)が、粒径が100μm未満、例えば、50μm未満の粒子を除去するように構成された、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)が3次元細孔形状を有するワイヤクロスを備え、
前記ワイヤクロスは相互に交差して織りパターンによって織り交ぜられたゆがみワイヤ及びよこ糸ワイヤを備え、
前記3次元細孔形状は2つの隣接する前記ゆがみワイヤの各部分と2つの隣接する前記よこ糸ワイヤの交差部分との隙間に細孔を有する、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。 - 前記濾過容器(12)の外側に少なくとも1つの清浄デバイス(28)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)が前記清浄デバイス(28)による前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)の清浄のために前記清浄デバイス(28)を通過する前記経路(20)に沿って移動するように構成された、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記濾過容器(12)の外側に少なくとも1つの乾燥デバイス(30)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)が前記少なくとも1つの濾過要素(14)から除去された粒子を乾燥させるために前記乾燥デバイス(30)を通過する経路(20)に沿って移動するように構成された、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記圧力デバイス(40)が前記回収ボリュームの出口(36)を通過するフローを制御するように構成されたバルブ(42)を備える、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記濾過装置(10)が前記濾過容器(12)内の液面に基づいて前記バルブ(42)の動作を制御するように構成された、請求項8に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記濾過装置(10)が前記回収ボリューム(32)内の液面に基づいて前記バルブ(42)の動作を制御するように構成された、請求項8又は9に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記濾過装置(10)が前記回収ボリューム(32)内の圧力に基づいて前記バルブ(42)の動作を制御するように構成された、請求項8~10の何れか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記濾過装置(10)がモジュラ構造を有する、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
