Description
本出願は、2017年11月1日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/580、277号、及び2018年1月10日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/615、576号に基づく優先権を主張するものである。上記の各出願の開示内容は、参照により本明細書中に援用される。

本発明は、薬物または代謝物の濃度の診断測定に関する。
Claims (12)
- アッセイを実施する方法であって、
水と、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロパノールまたはこれらの混合物を含む安定化溶媒とを含む溶液に、毛細管マイクロサンプリング(CMS)法で得られた1~50μLの量の生体液を加えて試験溶液を調製するステップと、
前記生体液中の対象の検体の存在及び/または濃度を検出するために、前記試験溶液のアッセイを実施するステップとを有する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記アッセイが、前記対象の前記検体を連続的にモニタリングすることを含み、
毛細管マイクロサンプリング(CMS)法を用いて前記対象から、2以上の前記生体液試料が、指定された時間間隔で採取されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記生体液が、新生児血液であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記検体が、薬物、栄養素、または代謝物であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記安定化溶媒が、メタノール、エタノール、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記安定化溶媒が、イソプロパノールを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記溶液が、前記安定化溶媒を10~75v/v%の割合で含有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記溶液が、アセトニトリルを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記アッセイを実施するステップが、質量分析法、クロマトグラフィ法、電気泳動法、または酵素結合免疫吸着検定法(ELISA)を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記対象から採取される試料の量が、2~50μLであることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記生体液が、前記溶液によって3~20倍に希釈されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記生体液が、前記溶液によって5~15倍に希釈されることを特徴とする方法。
