Description
Claims (15)
- セラミックプリプレグの製造方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つのコーティングされたトウを、溶媒とセラミック前駆体とを含むセラミックマトリックススラリーに曝露する工程であって、前記コーティングされたトウが、前記コーティングされたトウの総重量に基づいて少なくとも0.2重量%のコーティングによって囲まれたセラミック繊維の束を含む、セラミックマトリックススラリーに曝露する工程と、
b)前記セラミック繊維の束に前記スラリーを注入して前記セラミックプリプレグを形成する工程と、を含み、
前記コーティングの少なくとも80重量%は、25℃において前記溶媒に可溶性であり、
工程(b)の間又は後に、前記コーティングの少なくとも50重量%が、前記コーティングされたトウの表面から前記スラリー中に溶解される、方法。 - セラミックマトリックス複合材料の製造方法であって、
c)請求項1に記載のセラミックプリプレグをグリーン体に成形する工程と、
d)前記セラミック前駆体を焼結して前記セラミックマトリックス複合材料を形成するのに十分な温度に、前記グリーン体を曝露する工程であって、工程(d)の前に、前記コーティングの少なくとも50重量%が、前記コーティングされたトウの表面から前記スラリー中に溶解される、前記グリーン体を曝露する工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記温度が、少なくとも1000℃である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミックプリプレグを前記グリーン体に成形する工程が、フィラメントワインディングを使用して前記セラミックプリプレグを生成して前記グリーン体を成形する工程、を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミックプリプレグを前記グリーン体に成形する工程が、AFPを使用して前記セラミックプリプレグを生成して前記グリーン体を成形する工程、を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記トウがスプレッドトウである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック繊維が、酸化物セラミック繊維を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が水を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングされたトウが、前記コーティングされたトウの総重量に基づいて3重量パーセント以下の前記コーティングを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングの少なくとも95重量%が、25℃において前記溶媒に可溶性である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)の間又は後に、前記コーティングの少なくとも80重量%が、前記コーティングされたトウの前記表面から前記スラリー中に溶解される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)が、複数のコーティングされたトウを前記セラミックマトリックススラリーに曝露する工程、を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングされたトウが、編組されている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングされたトウが、製織されて布地を形成している、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の前記コーティングされたトウの少なくとも一部分が、スプレッドトウである、請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
