Description
前記第1横面及び前記第2横面に対向し且つ前記第1横面と前記第2横面との離間距離よりも大きく離間した第1側面及び第2側面を有し、前記第1側面の少なくとも一部が前記第1横面の一部位に当接して該第1横面に油を供給可能な第1塗布面であり、前記第2側面の少なくとも一部が前記第2横面の一部位に当接して該第2横面に油を供給可能な第2塗布面である油供給部材と、
前記油供給部材を、前記第1塗布面が前記第1横面に当接し且つ前記第2塗布面が前記第2横面に当接する方向に回転させる回転機構と、
を備える油塗布装置が提供される。

Claims (6)
- 下面と、前記下面の裏面である上面と、前記下面から前記上面にわたって延在する第1横面と、前記第1横面の裏面であり前記下面から前記上面にわたって延在する第2横面とを有する平角線の前記第1横面及び前記第2横面に選択的に油を塗布する油塗布装置であって、
前記第1横面及び前記第2横面に対向し且つ前記第1横面と前記第2横面との離間距離よりも大きく離間した第1側面及び第2側面を有し、前記第1側面の少なくとも一部が前記第1横面の一部位に当接して該第1横面に油を供給可能な第1塗布面であり、前記第2側面の少なくとも一部が前記第2横面の一部位に当接して該第2横面に油を供給可能な第2塗布面である油供給部材と、
前記油供給部材を、前記第1塗布面が前記第1横面に当接し且つ前記第2塗布面が前記第2横面に当接する方向に回転させる回転機構と、
を備える油塗布装置。 - 請求項1記載の油塗布装置において、前記第1塗布面は、前記第1側面の、前記平角線の延在方向一端部の一部が面取りされることで形成され、
前記第2塗布面は、前記第2側面の、前記平角線の延在方向他端部の一部が前記第1塗布面に対して平行となるように面取りされることで形成された油塗布装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の油塗布装置において、前記回転機構は、前記第1塗布面及び前記第2塗布面が前記第1横面、前記第2横面のそれぞれに当接するように前記油供給部材を弾発付勢する弾性部材を含む油塗布装置。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の油塗布装置において、前記油供給部材は、前記第1側面及び前記第2側面に加え、油を供給可能な底面を有する凹状溝を有し、
当該油塗布装置は、前記油供給部材を、前記第1横面及び前記第2横面の延在方向である前記平角線の厚み方向に沿って昇降させる昇降機構を備え、
前記昇降機構によって、前記平角線の前記下面が前記底面の塗布面に当接するように、前記油供給部材を上昇させる油塗布装置。 - 請求項4記載の油塗布装置において、前記昇降機構は、前記平角線の前記下面に向かって前記油供給部材を弾発付勢する弾性部材を含む油塗布装置。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の油塗布装置において、前記油供給部材が多孔質体によって形成され、
前記油供給部材の少なくとも下端部が、該油供給部材の下方に配設されて油を貯留する油槽に浸漬され、
前記油槽から、前記油供給部材の前記第1側面及び前記第2側面への油の供給が、該油供給部材の毛細管現象によってなされる油塗布装置。
