Description
1.高圧タンク1について
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る高圧タンク1の模式的断面図である。図2は、図1に示す高圧タンク1のA部の拡大断面図である。図3は、図1に示す高圧タンク1のライナ3の模式的斜視図である。図4は、図1に示す高圧タンク1の製造方法を説明するための模式的斜視図である。
以下に、高圧タンク1の製造方法について説明する。まず、図3に示すようなライナ3を成形する。具体的には、予め成形された胴体部31に相当する筒状部材と、側端部32A、32Bに相当するドーム状部材と、を接合する。次に、ライナ3の両側に口金2A、2Bを接着剤等により固定する。次に、ライナ3の中央において、胴体部31を削り、図3に示す凹部33Aを成形する。
以下に、図6~図8Bを参照しながら、本発明の第2実施形態に係る高圧タンクとその製造方法について説明する。第2実施形態に係る高圧タンク1が、第1実施形態と相違する点は、ライナ3に形成された規制部の形状である。したがって、第1実施形態と同じ部分には、同じ符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。
Claims (1)
- ガスが充填される樹脂製のライナと、前記ライナの外周面に繊維強化樹脂が巻回された補強層と、を備えた高圧タンクであって、
前記ライナは、筒状の胴体部と、前記胴体部の両側に連続して形成された一対のドーム状の側端部と、が形成されており、
前記胴体部の軸方向における前記ライナの中央には、前記補強層が前記軸方向に沿って移動することを規制する形状を有した規制部が設けられ、
前記規制部は、前記胴体部の外周面を周回するように前記胴体部の外周面に形成された凸部であり、前記凸部には、前記繊維強化樹脂が覆われており、
前記凸部は、前記胴体部の外周面から突出するように、前記胴体部の外周面に巻回されて、前記外周面に固着された固着部であり、
前記固着部は、前記ライナの樹脂よりも、線膨張係数の大きい樹脂からなり、
前記凸部の表面粗さは、それ以外の前記ライナの外周面の表面粗さよりも大きいことを特徴とする高圧タンク。
