Abstract
本发明提供一种高压罐。高压罐具备被构成为储存加压流体的树脂制的衬里、以及由设置在衬里的外周面的周围的纤维增强树脂构成的加强层,衬里包含筒状的主体部和一对圆顶状的侧端部,侧端部中的一个与主体部的两个端部中的一个连接并延伸,侧端部中的另一个与主体部的所述两个端部中的另一个连接并延伸。所述衬里在主体部的轴方向的中央包含被构成为限制加强层沿着轴方向移动的限制部。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压罐,其具备被构成为储存加压流体的树脂制的衬里、和包含配置在衬里的外周面的纤维增强树脂的加强层。
背景技术
以往,作为高压罐,有包含用于储存加压气体等加压流体的树脂制的衬里和用于从外侧加强所述衬里的加强层的高压罐(例如参照日本特开2015-017641)。加强层是通过采用长丝缠绕法(FW法)在衬里的外周面卷绕带状的纤维增强树脂而形成的。
发明内容
但是,在高压罐成为低温低压状态时,线性膨胀系数比加强层高的树脂制的衬里会在径向和轴方向上收缩,有时在衬里与加强层之间形成间隙。其结果,衬里和加强层有时会沿着衬里的轴方向而相对移动。
本发明提供防止衬里和加强层沿着衬里的轴方向相对移动的高压罐。
本发明的技术方案涉及一种高压罐,其具备被构成为储存加压流体的树脂制的衬里、和包含卷绕在所述衬里的外周面的纤维增强树脂的加强层。所述衬里包含筒状的主体部、和与所述主体部的两侧连接形成的一对圆顶状的侧端部。所述衬里在所述主体部的轴方向的中央包含限制部,所述限制部被构成为限制所述加强层沿着所述轴方向移动。
根据上述技术方案,即使衬里在径向和轴方向上收缩,导致衬里从加强层剥离,也能够通过设置在衬里的中央的限制部将加强层束缚在衬里上。由此,能够防止衬里和加强层沿着衬里的轴方向相对移动。
特别是根据上述技术方案,限制部形成在衬里的中央,因此加强层的束缚位置成为衬里的中央。所以,与限制部形成在衬里的中央之外的位置(例如靠近衬里的一端)的情况相比,当衬里在轴方向上收缩时,能够减小使衬里的圆顶状的侧端部从加强层剥离的轴方向的力。
在衬里的两侧设有金属盖的情况下,当衬里在轴方向上收缩时,由于金属盖被加强层束缚,因此在金属盖从衬里脱离的方向上,衬里的收缩力作用于金属盖。但是,根据本发明的技术方案,在衬里的主体部的中央形成有限制部,因此这样的收缩力减小,因衬里的收缩而作用于金属盖的力减小。再者,上述技术方案中的“主体部的轴方向上的衬里的中央”是指在轴方向上包含衬里的两端的中心的部分。
在此,只要限制部形成在衬里的中央,则限制部可以点状或断续地形成在主体部的外周面。上述技术方案中,所述限制部可以被配置成围绕所述主体部的外周面。根据该技术构成,通过形成在衬里的中央的限制部,能够稳定地束缚加强部。再者,上述技术方案中的“以围绕主体部的外周面的方式形成”是指在衬里的主体部的外周面呈环状(无端状)形成。
上述技术方案中,所述限制部可以是配置在所述主体部的外周面的凹部。在所述凹部中可以配置所述纤维增强树脂的一部分。根据上述技术构成,通过配置于凹部的纤维增强树脂的一部分,能够使衬里与加强层卡合,防止加强层相对于衬里沿着轴方向移动。
上述技术方案中,所述限制部可以是配置在所述主体部的外周面的凸部。所述纤维增强树脂可以被配置成覆盖所述凸部。根据上述技术构成,通过覆盖凸部的纤维增强树脂,能够使衬里与加强层卡合,防止加强层相对于衬里沿着轴方向移动。
在此,作为限制部的一例的凸部只要设置在衬里的中央,则例如可以削去衬里的外周面的一部分,从而作为衬里的一部分形成。上述技术方案中,所述凸部可以是以从所述主体部的外周面突出的方式在所述主体部的外周面上配置并固定于所述外周面的固定部。根据上述技术构成,能够不对衬里进行削去等,简单地在衬里的中央设置期望的形状和大小的固定部。
在此,固定部只要是作为成为凸部的限制部发挥作用,就不特别限定。上述技术构成中,所述固定部可以是浸渗了树脂的纤维束。所述固定部的所述树脂可以是与所述纤维增强树脂中所含的树脂相比,对于所述衬里的外周面粘接性更高的树脂。根据上述技术构成,即使在衬里的收缩时,纤维增强树脂从衬里的外周面剥离,也能够更切实地防止固定部从衬里的外周面剥离。
根据本发明的技术方案,能够防止衬里和加强层沿着衬里的轴方向相对移动。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1~10,对本发明涉及的几个实施方式进行说明。
第1实施方式
高压罐1的构造
图1是本发明的第1实施方式涉及的高压罐1的示意截面图。图2是图1所示的高压罐1的A部分的放大截面图。图3是图1所示的高压罐1的衬里3的示意立体图。图4是用于说明图1所示的高压罐1的制造方法的示意立体图。
如图1所示,高压罐1是被构成为在车载用的燃料电池系统中用于储存向燃料电池供给的氢气等燃料气体的燃料罐。再者,高压罐1可以用于通过燃料电池系统发电以外的任意用途,作为燃料气体除了氢气以外,例如也可以储存CNG(压缩天然气)等各种压缩气体、LNG(液化天然气)、LPG(液化石油气)等各种液化气体、以及其它各种加压物质。
高压罐1具备被构成为储存加压流体的树脂制的衬里3、安装在衬里3的两端部的金属制的金属盖2A、2B、以及由纤维增强树脂构成的加强层4。以衬里3的外周面和金属盖2A、2B的一部分的外周面被纤维增强树脂覆盖的方式配置加强层4。
在衬里3中,由对于燃料气体具有阻气性的树脂形成燃料气体的储存空间34。作为衬里3的树脂材料,例如可举出聚乙烯、聚丙烯或尼龙聚酰胺、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物等热塑性树脂。
衬里3具备筒状的主体部31和一对圆顶状的侧端部32A、32B,侧端部32A、32B中的一个与主体部31的一端连接而形成,另一个与主体部31的另一端连接而形成,在衬里3的内部形成有用于储存加压流体的储存空间34。具体而言,主体部31是沿着图1所示的高压罐1的中心轴X,具有预定的长度而延伸的圆筒状部分。侧端部32A具有从主体部31的所述一端起呈半球状鼓出的外表面形状。侧端部32B具有从主体部31的所述另一端起呈半球状鼓出的外表面形状。侧端部32A、32B的顶部开口,在各侧端部的开口安装有金属制的金属盖2A、2B。
金属盖2A是铝或其合金等的金属制,具备成为主体的筒状部21A和形成在其外周的凸缘部22A。金属盖2A的凸缘部22A以被压在侧端部32A的外表面的状态,与衬里3一起被加强层4的纤维增强树脂卷绕。金属盖2A安装有阀门(未图示),通过阀门(未图示)进行高压罐1内的燃料气体的释放和流入。
金属盖2B与金属盖2A同样为铝或其合金等的金属制,具备成为主体的筒状部21B和形成在其外周的凸缘部22B。金属盖2B的凸缘部22B以被压在侧端部32B的外表面的状态,与衬里3一起被加强层4的纤维增强树脂卷绕。金属盖2B的筒状部21B的内侧被堵塞,通过金属盖2B将储存空间34密封。
加强层4由在一方向上对齐的强化纤维(长丝)中浸渗了基质树脂的纤维增强树脂(也称为fiber-reinforced plastic(FRP))形成。本实施方式中,将纤维增强树脂环向卷绕和螺旋卷绕,在衬里3的外周面和金属盖2A、2B的露出的外周面上形成多个层。
作为增强树脂,例如可举出玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维、氧化铝纤维、硼纤维、钢纤维、PBO(Poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole;聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑)纤维、天然纤维或高强度聚乙烯纤维等。本实施方式中,在衬里3的外周面卷绕将碳纤维作为增强纤维的碳纤维增强树脂(CFRP),进而卷绕将玻璃纤维作为增强树脂的玻璃纤维增强树脂(GFRP)。
另外,本实施方式中,基质树脂为热固化树脂,作为热固化树脂,可举出环氧树脂、以乙烯基酯树脂为代表的改性环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、尿素树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、热固化聚酰亚胺树脂。
再者,本实施方式中,基质树脂列举了热固化树脂,但只要是能够将树脂加热至软化点(玻璃转变点)以上,浸渗纤维束的树脂也可以是热塑性树脂。作为热塑性树脂,可举出聚酯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、尼龙树脂(例如6-尼龙树脂或6,6-尼龙树脂)、聚酰胺树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂或ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene;丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯)树脂等。
另外,本实施方式中,在沿着主体部31的中心轴X的方向(轴方向)上的衬里3的中央,设有具有限制加强层4沿着轴方向移动的形状的限制部。如图2所示,限制部的一例是形成在主体部31的外周面的凹部33A,在凹部33A中配置有加强层4的纤维增强树脂的一部分。本实施方式中,只要即使衬里3在径向上收缩,加强层4的纤维增强树脂也不会从凹部33A拔出(即只要能够维持卡合状态),就不特别限定纤维增强树脂配置于凹部33A的状态。凹部33A的最大深度是当衬里3在径向上收缩时,加强层4的纤维增强树脂不会从衬里3的凹部33A拔出的深度,该深度优选大于与高压罐1的使用环境相对应的衬里3在径向上的最大收缩量。
本实施方式中,凹部33A成为以围绕主体部31的外周面的方式形成的环状的凹槽。凹部33A在衬里3的沿着轴方向的截面中,从衬里3的外周面起弯曲地凹陷,具体而言,形成凹部33A的壁面(凹槽的侧壁面)成为弯曲的壁面。由此,在加强层4与凹部33A卡合时,能够抑制应力集中于衬里3的凹部33A。另外,对于凹部33A的宽度(槽宽)没有特别限定,例如相对于衬里3的全长为5~15%的宽度。
这样的凹部33A,例如可以通过将以往的衬里的一部分削去而形成,例如也可以通过在确保衬里3的壁厚大致恒定的状态下,使衬里3的主体部31的壁部变形而形成,对于凹部33A的形成方法没有特别限定。
在此,设置作为限制部的一例的凹部33A的衬里3的中央,是包含位于衬里3的两端之间的区域的中间的中心线C的部分,凹部33A包含该中心线C即可。因此,在将衬里3的轴方向的长度设为L时,以包含沿着轴方向与端部距离L/2的位置的方式,形成凹部33A。
这样构成的高压罐1,例如在燃料气体从高压罐1释放时,由于在储存空间34内燃料气体绝热膨胀,储存空间34的内压降低,储存空间34内的燃料气体的温度会降低,此时,衬里3会在径向和轴方向上收缩。即使由于该衬里3的收缩使衬里3从加强层4剥离,也能够通过设置在衬里3的中央的凹部33A(限制部的一例)使加强层4束缚于衬里3。具体而言,通过配置在凹部33A的加强层4的纤维增强树脂的一部分,使衬里3与加强层4卡合,能够防止加强层4相对于衬里3沿着轴方向移动。
特别是由于作为限制部的一例的凹部33A形成在衬里3的中央,因此加强层4的束缚位置成为衬里3的中央。所以,与限制部形成在衬里3的中央之外的位置(例如靠近衬里3的一端)的情况相比,当衬里3在轴方向上收缩时,能够减小使衬里3的侧端部32A、32B从加强层4剥离的轴方向的力。
本实施方式中,如上所述,金属盖2A、2B从衬里3的外侧与衬里3的各端部抵接。因此,当衬里3在轴方向上收缩时,由于卷绕有纤维增强树脂的金属盖2A、2B被加强层4束缚,在金属盖2A、2B从衬里3脱离的方向上,衬里3的收缩力会作用于金属盖2A、2B。但是,如上所述,在衬里3的主体部31的中央形成有作为限制部的一例的凹部33A,因此这样的收缩力减小,因衬里3的收缩而作用于金属盖2A、2B的力减小。
特别是由于凹部33A以围绕主体部31的外周面的方式形成,因此通过形成在衬里3的中央的凹部33A,能够将加强层4稳定地束缚于衬里3。在此,只要能够在凹部33A中配置加强层4的纤维增强树脂的一部分,将加强层4稳定地束缚于衬里3,就可以例如图5A所示,在衬里3的中央的周围断续地形成凹部33A。
只要在加强层4与凹部33A卡合时,能够确保衬里3足够的强度,也可以如图5B所示,代替图2所示的凹部33A,设置由底面33a和从底面33a立起的侧壁面33b、33b形成的凹部33B。
关于高压罐1的制造方法
以下,对高压罐1的制造方法进行说明。首先,制造图3所示的衬里3。具体而言,将预先成形的相当于主体部31的筒状部件与相当于侧端部32A、32B的圆顶状部件接合。然后,通过粘接剂等将金属盖2A、2B固定在衬里3的各端部。接着,在衬里3的中央,削去主体部31的一部分,形成图3所示的凹部33A。
再者,本实施方式中,在通过粘接剂等将金属盖2A、2B固定于衬里3的两侧之后,在衬里3的中央形成凹部33A,但也可以在相当于主体部31的筒状部件上预先形成凹部33A。
另外,可以对衬里3的凹部33A的表面进行喷丸处理或蚀刻处理等粗糙化处理。由于凹部33A的表面粗糙度大于其以外的衬里3的外周面的表面粗糙度,因此通过锚固效应,加强层4容易被凹部33A束缚。
接着,准备在一方向上对齐的连续增强纤维中浸渗了未固化的热固化树脂的纤维增强树脂41(预浸料)。准备好的纤维增强树脂41为带状或绳状,对该纤维增强树脂41施加预定的卷绕张力,层状卷绕在安装有金属盖2A、2B的衬里3的外周面。首先,采用长丝缠绕法(FW法),使衬里3旋转,并且使纤维增强树脂41在轴方向上移动,一边包裹纤维增强树脂41,一边以环向缠绕方式卷绕在衬里3的外周面(例如参照图4),然后进行螺旋缠绕等,由此形成加强层4。此时,纤维增强树脂也会进入形成于衬里3的外周面的凹部33A。然后,将成形的加强层4加热,使未固化的热固化树脂固化。由此,能够得到高压罐1。
第2实施方式
以下,参照图6~图8B对本发明的第2实施方式涉及的高压罐及其制造方法进行说明。第2实施方式涉及的高压罐1,与第1实施方式的不同点在于形成于衬里3的限制部的形状。因此,对于与第1实施方式相同的部分,附带相同标记并省略其详细说明。
如图6、图7所示,本实施方式中,在主体部31的轴方向上的衬里3的中央设有限制部,所述限制部具有限制加强层4沿着轴方向移动的形状。如图6所示,限制部的一例是形成在主体部31的外周面的凸部34A,在凸部34A上覆盖有加强层4的纤维增强树脂。其中,设有作为限制部的凸部34A的衬里3的中央,与第1实施方式同样地是指包含位于衬里3的两端之间的中心线的部分,只要凸部34A包含该中心线即可。凸部34A的最大高度优选大于衬里3在径向上收缩时的最大收缩量。
本实施方式中,凸部34A成为以围绕主体部31的外周面的方式形成的环状的凸条。对于凸部34A的宽度(凸条的宽度)没有特别限定,例如相对于衬里3的全长为5~15%的宽度。凸部34A的表面在衬里3的沿着轴方向的截面中,从衬里3的外周面起以弯曲的方式隆起,具体而言,形成凸部34A的表面成为弯曲的表面。由此,在加强层4与凸部34A卡合时,能够抑制应力集中于衬里3的凸部34A。
根据本实施方式,与第1实施方式同样地,即使由于衬里3的收缩而使衬里3从加强层4剥离,也能够通过设置在衬里3的中央的凸部34A(限制部)使加强层4束缚于衬里3。具体而言,通过覆盖凸部34A的加强层4的纤维增强树脂,使衬里3与加强层4卡合,能够防止加强层4相对于衬里3沿着轴方向移动。另外,与第1实施方式同样地,当衬里3在轴方向上收缩时,能够减小在衬里3的侧端部32A、32B从加强层4剥离的情况下发挥作用的轴方向的力,进而减小因衬里3的收缩而作用于金属盖2A、2B的力。
特别是由于凸部34A以围绕主体部31的外周面的方式形成,因此能够通过形成于衬里3的中央的凸部34A,将加强层4稳定地束缚于衬里3。在此,由于在凸部34A上覆盖加强层4的纤维增强树脂,因此只要能够将加强层4稳定地束缚于衬里3,则例如图8A所示,可以在衬里3的中央的周围断续地形成凸部34A。
再者,在加强层4与凸部34A卡合时,只要能够确保加强层4侧的充分的强度,则如图8B所示,可以代替图7所示的凸部34A,采用截面为矩形的凸部34B。
再者,在高压罐1的制造时,可以在形成加强层4之前,例如通过将以往的衬里的一部分削去而形成衬里3的凸部34A。此外,例如可以准备将主体部31的形状在中央分割了的形状的两个筒状部件,在使它们的端面对接通过热熔合接合时,使包含端面的部分变形而形成凸部34A。另外,可以在形成相当于主体部31的筒状部件时形成凸部34A。在准备了图6所示的衬里3之后,可以采用与图4中说明的方法同样的方法,将纤维增强树脂41沿着包含凸部34A的衬里3的外周面卷绕,形成加强层4,得到高压罐。由此,沿着凸部34A的表面覆盖加强层4的纤维增强树脂。
另外,在图6~图8B中,凸部34A、34B与衬里3一体形成,但例如图9所示,形成于衬里3的凸部,可以是以从主体部31的外周面突出的方式卷绕在主体部31的外周面并固定于主体部31的外周面的固定部34C。固定部34C只要能够作为限制部发挥作用,则可以是热固化树脂等树脂、金属等,在本实施方式中,固定部34C是浸渗了树脂的纤维束。
浸渗于纤维束的树脂,优选是与加强层4的纤维增强树脂中所含的基质树脂相比,对于衬里3的外周面的粘接性更高的(亲和性更高的)树脂。例如,在衬里3是尼龙树脂(尼龙6、尼龙66等),基质树脂是环氧树脂的情况下,作为浸渗于固定部34C的纤维束的树脂,可举出丙烯酸改性有机硅树脂等。另外,在衬里是聚乙烯树脂,基质树脂是环氧树脂的情况下,浸渗于固定部34C的纤维束的树脂可举出氰基丙烯酸酯等。
这样的固定部34C,可以通过在具有平滑的外周面的衬里的中央,将浸渗了未固化的树脂的纤维束多次卷绕在主体部31的外周面,并进行热固化而得到。然后,可以采用与图4中说明的方法同样的方法,将纤维增强树脂41沿着包含固定部34C的衬里3的外周面卷绕,形成加强层4,得到高压罐。由此,如图10所示,沿着固定部34C的表面覆盖加强层4的纤维增强树脂。
由于固定部34C中所含的树脂是与加强层4的纤维增强树脂中所含的树脂相比,对于衬里3的外周面粘接性更高的树脂,因此在衬里3的收缩时,即使纤维增强树脂从衬里3的外周面剥离,也能够更切实地防止固定部34C从衬里3的外周面剥离。
另外,可以在纤维增强树脂的卷绕之前,对凸部34A、34B或固定部34C的表面进行粗糙化处理。由此,由于进行了粗糙化处理的凸部34A、34B或固定部34C的表面粗糙度大于其以外的衬里3的外周面的表面粗糙度,因此通过锚固效应,容易使加强层4被进行了粗糙化处理的凸部34A、34B或固定部34C束缚。
以上,对本发明的几个实施方式进行了详细说明,但本发明并不限定于所述实施方式,可以在不脱离记载于权利要求的范围的本发明的主旨的范围内进行各种设计变更。
例如,第2实施方式涉及的固定部由浸渗了树脂的纤维束构成,但例如也可以由与衬里的树脂材料相比线性膨胀系数更大的树脂构成。由此,由于固定部的收缩量大于衬里的树脂材料的收缩量,因此能够将固定部相对于衬里的外周面更切实地固定。
Claims (6)
1.一种高压罐,其特征在于,具备:
被构成为储存加压流体的树脂制的衬里;和
由设置在所述衬里的外周面的周围的纤维增强树脂构成的加强层,
所述衬里包含筒状的主体部和一对圆顶状的侧端部,
所述侧端部中的一个与所述主体部的两个端部中的一个连接并延伸,所述侧端部中的另一个与所述主体部的所述两个端部中的另一个连接并延伸,
所述衬里在所述主体部的轴方向的中央包含限制部,
所述限制部被构成为限制所述加强层沿着所述轴方向移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压罐,其特征在于,
所述限制部被配置成围绕所述主体部的外周面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高压罐,其特征在于,
所述限制部是配置在所述主体部的外周面的凹部,
在所述凹部中配置所述纤维增强树脂的一部分。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高压罐,其特征在于,
所述限制部是配置在所述主体部的外周面的凸部,
所述纤维增强树脂被配置成覆盖所述凸部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高压罐,其特征在于,
所述凸部是以从所述主体部的外周面突出的方式在所述主体部的外周面上卷绕配置并固定于所述外周面的固定部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高压罐,其特征在于,
所述固定部是浸渗了树脂的纤维束,
所述固定部的所述树脂与所述纤维增强树脂中所含的树脂相比,是对于所述衬里的外周面粘接性更高的树脂。
