Abstract
高压罐包括:内衬,所述内衬具备筒状的躯干部和形成于躯干部的两端的一对拱顶状的侧端部,并由树脂形成;和纤维强化树脂层,所述纤维强化树脂层覆盖所述内衬的外周面并由纤维强化树脂形成。纤维强化树脂层是卷绕含浸有树脂的纤维束而成的,在纤维强化树脂层的外表面覆盖有由树脂形成的树脂层。在纤维强化树脂层中的覆盖躯干部的部分的外周面,形成有纤维束沿着躯干部的周向连续地卷绕重叠而成的凸条部。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及供填充气体的高压罐及其安装构造。
背景技术
以往,高压罐具备收容气体的由树脂形成的内衬(liner)、和覆盖内衬的外周面的由纤维强化树脂形成的纤维强化树脂层。内衬具备筒状的躯干(日文:胴体)部、和形成于躯干部的两端的一对拱顶(dome)状的侧端部。纤维强化树脂层通过在躯干部及一对侧端部连续地卷绕含浸有基体树脂的纤维束而形成。在纤维强化树脂层的外表面,覆盖有与纤维强化树脂的树脂为相同树脂的树脂层。
作为这样的技术,例如,在日本特开2017-072244中提出了一种如下的高压罐:包括覆盖内衬的外周面的加强层和覆盖加强层的外周面的保护层来作为纤维强化树脂层。在此,构成加强层的纤维强化树脂的第1树脂的断裂应变设定得比基准应变大,该基准应变是高压罐的预定的耐压试验中的高压罐的圆筒部的轴心方向上产生的拉伸应变。另外,构成保护层的纤维强化树脂的第2树脂的断裂应变设定得比基准应变小。
这样构成的高压罐能够在耐压试验时在保护层和形成于保护层的表面的树脂层形成微小裂纹(crack)。由此,在使用高压罐时,填充到高压罐的气体通过内衬,透过了内衬的气体经由微小裂纹而被向高压罐的外部排出。
发明内容
然而,虽然上述微小裂纹容易在构成纤维强化树脂层的强化纤维与树脂的界面产生,但该微小裂纹难以到达至纤维强化树脂层的外表面的树脂层。由此,在使用时,即使填充到高压罐的气体透过内衬及纤维强化树脂层的一部分,也无法透过作为最外层的树脂层,有时会滞留在纤维强化树脂层与树脂层之间。若滞留了的气体的压力超过预定的压力,则有时会在树脂层产生龟裂,并且从高压罐产生异常噪声。
本发明提供一种高压罐,该高压罐能够使填充了的气体透过内衬,并使透过了内衬的气体从纤维强化树脂层向外部充分地排出。
本发明的第1方案的高压罐包括:内衬,所述内衬具备筒状的躯干部和形成于所述躯干部的两端的一对拱顶状的侧端部,并由树脂形成;纤维强化树脂层,所述纤维强化树脂层覆盖所述内衬的外周面并由纤维强化树脂形成,所述纤维强化树脂层是卷绕含浸有基体树脂的纤维束而成的;以及被覆盖在所述纤维强化树脂层的外表面的与所述基体树脂为相同树脂的树脂层。在所述纤维强化树脂层中的覆盖所述躯干部的部分,形成有所述纤维束沿着所述躯干部的周向连续地卷绕重叠而成的凸条部。
根据本发明,在高压罐的耐压试验时,应力集中于在纤维强化树脂层形成的凸条部,因此在覆盖凸条部的树脂层产生龟裂。由此,能够经由在覆盖凸条部的树脂层产生了的龟裂,将透过了内衬的气体向高压罐的外部排出。
另外,在上述的耐压试验时,即使在树脂层不产生上述龟裂,在使用高压罐时填充了的气体到达凸条部的情况下,由于凸条部是与其他部分相比容易应力集中的脆弱的形状,因此在覆盖凸条部的树脂层,在比其他部分更低的压力下产生龟裂。因此,不会如以往那样在高压的气体滞留之后在树脂层产生龟裂,因此能够抑制从高压罐产生大的异常噪声,并且能够排出气体。
在本说明书中,也公开了上述高压罐的安装构造。本发明的第2方案的高压罐的安装构造具备所述高压罐和用于安装所述高压罐的带(band)。所述带配置在与所述凸条部相邻的位置。
根据本发明,由于在与高压罐的凸条部相邻的位置配置用于安装高压罐的带,因此高压罐的凸条部卡定于带,能够限制高压罐的轴心方向的移动。由此,由带的滑动引起的从搭载了高压罐的位置起的高压罐的移动受到限制。
根据本发明,能够使填充了的气体透过内衬,并将透过了内衬的气体从纤维强化树脂层向外部充分地排出。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1~图4对本实施方式的高压罐1进行说明。图1是本发明的一实施方式的高压罐1的示意性的剖视图。图2是沿着图1的内衬的轴心的高压罐的剖视图。图3是沿着图2的A-A线的向视方向的剖视图。
如图1所示,高压罐1是在车载用的燃料电池系统中将氢气作为燃料气体贮藏于燃料电池的燃料罐。此外,高压罐1也可以在燃料电池系统以外的任意的用途中使用,作为燃料气体,除了氢气之外,例如也可以填充CNG(压缩天然气)等各种压缩气体、LNG(液化天然气)、LPG(液化石油气)等各种液化气体、其他各种加压物质。
如图2及图3所示,高压罐1具备供填充氢气的树脂制的内衬3、安装于内衬3的两端的金属制的第1及第2接头(日文:口金)2A、2B、以及以覆盖内衬3的外周面和接头2A、2B的一部分的外周面的方式卷绕纤维强化树脂而成的纤维强化树脂层4。
内衬3由对氢气具有气体阻隔性的树脂形成。作为内衬3的树脂材料,例如能够列举出聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙聚酰胺、或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物等热塑性树脂。
内衬3具备筒状的躯干部31、和与躯干部31的两侧连续地形成的一对拱顶状的第1及第2侧端部32A、32B。在内衬3的内部,形成有用于贮藏(填充)氢气的贮藏空间34。
具体而言,躯干部31是沿着高压罐1的图2所示的内衬3的轴心C具有预定的长度而延伸的圆筒状部分。此外,内衬3的轴心C与高压罐1的轴心一致。侧端部32A、32B与躯干部31的两侧连续,且具有呈半球状地鼓出的形状。侧端部32A、32B的顶部开口,在各侧端部的开口安装有金属制的接头2A、2B。
第1接头2A为铝或其合金等的金属制,具备作为主体的筒状部21A、和形成于筒状部21A的外周的凸缘部22A。第1接头2A的凸缘部22A在被压靠于第1侧端部32A的外表面的状态下与内衬3一起卷绕有纤维强化树脂层4的纤维强化树脂。在第1接头2A安装有阀(未图示),利用阀进行高压罐1内的氢气的放出及流入。
第2接头2B与第1接头2A同样地为铝或其合金等的金属制,具备作为主体的筒状部21B、和形成于筒状部21B的外周的凸缘部22B。第2接头2B的凸缘部22B在被压靠于第2侧端部32B的外表面的状态下与内衬3一起卷绕有纤维强化树脂层4的纤维强化树脂。第2接头2B的筒状部21B的内部从图2所示的状态起进一步闭塞,利用第2接头2B将贮藏空间34密封。
纤维强化树脂层4由在沿一个方向被拉齐了的强化纤维的纤维束(长丝(filament))中含浸有基体树脂的纤维强化树脂(FRP)形成。在本实施方式中,将含浸有基体树脂的纤维束通过环向卷绕(hoop winding)及螺旋卷绕,以在内衬3的外周面和接头2A、2B的露出的外周面形成多层的方式连续地卷绕。
在本实施方式中,纤维强化树脂层4具备加强层41和保护层42。加强层41由将碳纤维作为强化纤维的碳纤维强化树脂(CFRP)形成,通过将连续的碳纤维的纤维束卷绕于内衬3的外周面而形成。
而且,保护层42由将玻璃纤维作为强化纤维的玻璃纤维强化树脂(GFRP)形成,通过将连续的玻璃纤维的纤维束卷绕于加强层41的外周面而形成。
此外,如上所述,这些强化纤维以含浸有基体树脂的纤维束的状态卷绕。除了上述强化纤维之外,例如,作为强化纤维,能够列举出玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维、氧化铝纤维、硼纤维、钢纤维、PBO纤维、天然纤维、或高强度聚乙烯纤维等纤维。
另外,在本实施方式中,含浸于加强层41及保护层42的强化纤维的纤维束的基体树脂是热固性树脂,作为热固性树脂,能够列举出环氧树脂、以乙烯基酯树脂为代表的改性环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、尿素树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、热固性聚酰亚胺树脂。在本实施方式中,保护层42的基体树脂是与加强层41的基体树脂同种的树脂,但这些树脂也可以不同。
此外,在本实施方式中,作为基体树脂,列举了热固性树脂,但只要能够在卷绕时将树脂加热到软化点(玻璃化转变点(日文:ガラス転移点))以上,则含浸于纤维束的树脂也可以是热塑性树脂。作为热塑性树脂,能够列举出聚酯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、尼龙树脂(例如6-尼龙树脂或6,6-尼龙树脂)、聚酰胺树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、丙烯酸系树脂或ABS树脂等。
在本实施方式中,保护层42具备覆盖加强层41的外周面的主层42a、和覆盖主层42a的外周面的树脂层42b。如上所述,主层42a用由玻璃纤维和基体树脂构成的纤维强化树脂形成,并通过将玻璃纤维的纤维束以环向卷绕及螺旋卷绕进行卷绕,从而以多层构成。
如图1所示,主层42a的最外层(即纤维强化树脂层4的最外层)中的、位于内衬3的躯干部31周围处的最外层42d(即覆盖躯干部31的部分46的最外层;参照图5A)是通过环向卷绕而形成的层。此外,这里所说的最外层是指以相同的卷绕方式卷绕的1层以上的层。
最外层42d是在层厚方向上由至少1层、优选为2层以上、更优选为3层以上构成的环向卷绕的层。通过该环向卷绕而形成的最外层42d是以从相对于内衬3的轴心C正交的方向稍微倾斜的一定角度(-10°~10°的范围的一定角度)将纤维束的宽度方向的缘部重叠地卷绕而成的层。因此,在本实施方式中,如图5A所示,最外层42d的纤维束的强化纤维42e绕内衬3的轴心C在与轴心C大致正交的方向上取向。
此外,位于内衬3的侧端部32A、32B的周围处的最外层(即覆盖侧端部32A、32B的部分47A、47B的最外层)是通过螺旋卷绕而形成的层。螺旋卷绕是以相对于内衬3的轴心C为10°~60°的角度、以遍及两侧的侧端部32A、32B的方式卷绕含浸有基体树脂的纤维束而成的层。
树脂层42b是在包含被卷绕了的纤维束的纤维强化树脂的表面渗出了含浸于玻璃纤维(强化纤维)的基体树脂的一部分而成的层。因此,树脂层42b由与主层42a的基体树脂相同的树脂形成。在纤维强化树脂层4的外表面覆盖有树脂层42b,在后述的凸条部43的外表面也覆盖有树脂层42b。树脂层42b由与主层42a的基体树脂相同的树脂形成,但例如也可以包含从主层42a脱离了的玻璃纤维的一部分。
而且,在本实施方式中,在纤维强化树脂层4中的、覆盖内衬3的躯干部31的部分46(具体而言为保护层42的主层42a)形成有凸条部43,凸条部43以环绕高压罐1的方式形成。
具体而言,凸条部43是沿着躯干部31的周向(与轴心C正交的方向)将含浸有基体树脂的纤维束连续地重叠卷绕而成的部分。此外,如上所述,凸条部43的外表面由树脂层42b覆盖。另外,形成凸条部43的纤维束和保护层42的纤维束由连续的1个纤维束构成。
在本实施方式中,如上所述,主层42a的内衬3的躯干部31周围的最外层42d是通过环向卷绕而形成的层,最外层42d的强化纤维42e的纤维束绕内衬3的轴心C(即在与轴心C大致正交的方向上)取向。因此,如图5A所示,凸条部43的强化纤维43e与作为凸条部43的基底层的最外层42d的强化纤维42e在大致相同的方向上取向。通过这样的强化纤维42e、43e的取向,容易从最外层42d至凸条部43地产生供后述的氢气通过的龟裂L。
此外,只要产生供氢气透过的龟裂,则作为凸条部43的基底层的最外层42d也可以是通过螺旋卷绕而形成的层。在该情况下,如图5B所示,最外层42d的强化纤维42e和凸条部43的强化纤维43e以交叉的方式取向。
以下,按照图6所示的各工序对本实施方式的高压罐1的制造方法进行说明。图6是说明本实施方式的高压罐1的制造方法的工序的流程图。
在本实施方式的制造方法中,首先,进行接头组装工序S1。在该工序中,准备具有图1所示的形状的树脂制的内衬3。在准备好的内衬3的各侧端部32A、32B形成的开口部33安装接头2A、2B。
接着,进行第1卷绕工序S2。在该工序中,准备含浸有未固化的基体树脂的碳纤维的纤维束(CFRP预浸料(prepreg))。准备好的纤维束是绳状(带条(tape)状),对该纤维束一边施加预定的卷绕张力,一边以层状卷绕于安装有接头2A、2B的内衬3的表面。卷绕通过长丝卷绕(filament winding)法(FW法)以环向卷绕及螺旋卷绕来进行。由此,形成未固化的加强层41。
接着,进行第2卷绕工序S3。在该工序中,准备由含浸有未固化的基体树脂的玻璃纤维形成的纤维束(GFRP预浸料)。准备好的纤维束是绳状(带条状),将该纤维束卷绕于被卷绕到内衬3的加强层41的外周面,形成未固化的保护层42。此时,如图7A所示,通过环向卷绕形成保护层42的最外层42d。在以环向卷绕来卷绕纤维束(GFRP预浸料)48时,一边使内衬3绕轴心C旋转,一边使纤维束48的卷绕位置沿着内衬3的轴心方向往复移动。
接着,进行第3卷绕工序S4。在该工序中,不切断第2卷绕工序S3的纤维束48,一边使内衬3旋转,一边使内衬3的轴心方向的卷绕位置的移动停止。由此,如图7B所示,纤维束48沿着内衬3的躯干部31的周向连续地卷绕重叠,形成凸条部43。纤维束48的卷绕次数为2~5次左右,只要能够形成凸条部43,则其次数没有特别限定。
接着,进行热固化工序S5。在该工序中,从高压罐1的外侧以基体树脂的固化温度对高压罐1进行加热,使加强层41及保护层42所含的未固化的基体树脂固化。
在该工序中开始加热时,在被卷绕了的保护层42的表面渗出含浸于纤维束的基体树脂的一部分。渗出的部分成为厚度为0.1~0.5mm左右的层(液膜)状态。这样一来,保护层42形成有包含玻璃纤维和基体树脂的主层42a、和由渗出的基体树脂形成的树脂层42b,这些树脂固化。
接着,进行加压检查工序S6。在该工序中,向高压罐1内导入水等流体,进行用于加压检查的耐压试验。此时,由于高压罐1的加压,应力集中于在纤维强化树脂层4形成的凸条部43,因此容易以凸条部43为起点在纤维强化树脂层4产生龟裂L。
特别是,由于应力集中于凸条部43的立起部分(根部分),因此在该部分产生龟裂L。而且,如图5A所示,由于最外层42d的强化纤维42e和凸条部43的强化纤维43e沿相同的方向取向,因此从最外层42d至凸条部43地产生供氢气通过的龟裂L。
如图9所示,在不形成凸条部43的作为比较的高压罐9中,在树脂层42b难以产生龟裂,因此,在树脂层42b的界面处,氢气G以被密封的状态滞留,氢气G容易成为高压。若持续该状态,则在树脂层42b因成为了高压的氢气G而膨胀后,会在树脂层42b产生龟裂,有时会从高压罐9产生大的异常噪声。
然而,在本实施方式中,如图4所示,龟裂L到达至纤维强化树脂层4的树脂层42b,因此能够经由龟裂L将氢气向高压罐1的外部放出。由此,氢气难以滞留,因此能够抑制从高压罐1产生大的异常噪声。
此外,在加压检查工序S6中,即使在树脂层42b不产生龟裂L,由于凸条部43为与其他部分相比容易应力集中的形状,因此,在使用高压罐1时填充了的氢气到达凸条部43的情况下,覆盖凸条部43的树脂层42b的龟裂也在比其他部分更低的压力下产生。因此,不会如图9所示那样在高压的气体G滞留之后在树脂层42b产生龟裂,因此在本实施方式中,能够抑制从高压罐1产生大的异常噪声,并且排出氢气。
这样制造出的高压罐1搭载于车辆。具体而言,如图8所示,高压罐1的安装构造1A是具备高压罐1和用于安装高压罐1的带5的构造。具体而言,带5具备卷绕于高压罐1中的覆盖躯干部31的部分46的一部分并限制高压罐1的限制部51、和在限制部51的两侧的端部处经由固定件等固定于车辆的固定部52。带5配置在与凸条部43相邻的位置。
由此,在与高压罐1的凸条部43相邻的位置配置用于安装高压罐1的带5,因此,高压罐1的凸条部43卡定于带5,能够限制高压罐1的轴心方向的移动。其结果是,由带5相对于高压罐1的滑动引起的从搭载了高压罐1的位置起的高压罐1的移动受到限制,而能够稳定地固定高压罐1。
以上,对本发明的一实施方式进行了详细叙述,但本发明并不限定于前述的实施方式,能够在不脱离权利要求书所记载的本发明的宗旨的范围内进行各种的设计变更。
在本实施方式中,在高压罐设置了1个凸条部,但例如也可以设置2个以上的凸条部,其数量没有限定。
Claims (2)
1.一种高压罐,其特征在于,包括:
内衬,所述内衬具备筒状的躯干部和形成于所述躯干部的两端的一对拱顶状的侧端部,并由树脂形成;
纤维强化树脂层,所述纤维强化树脂层覆盖所述内衬的外周面并由纤维强化树脂形成,所述纤维强化树脂层是卷绕含浸有基体树脂的纤维束而成的;以及

带,所述带用于安装所述高压罐,
所述带配置在与所述凸条部相邻的位置。
