Description

受信された入力要求に応答して、又はi)患者の関心領域の現在の位置と、ii)イメージング装置又は放射線療法装置における目標エリアとの間の距離に応じて、出力信号を修正するように構成される、制御論理回路とを備える。
少なくとも1つの送信機を用いて、ある距離から、患者の皮膚の衝突領域にハプティック感覚を誘発することが可能な出力信号を生成するステップと、
受信された入力要求に応答して、又はi)患者の関心領域の現在の位置と、ii)イメージング装置又は放射線療法装置における目標エリアとの間の距離に応じて、出力信号を修正するステップとを有する。
本明細書において言及される「ユーザ」は、イメージング手順に管理的な又は組織的な方式で少なくとも部分的に関与する医療従事者である。
「患者」は、イメージングされている人であり、又は獣医学の環境においては動物(特に哺乳類)である。
「ROI」(関心領域)は、人体の一部、内部又は外部に関するが、患者の体の全体に関することもあり、その場合、体の一部又は各部分が関心領域である。一般に、ROIは「画像ベースの」医療検査の関心の対象である。
Claims (15)
- イメージング又は放射線療法におけるイメージング装置又は放射線療法装置のボア内の患者の位置決めのためのシステムであって、
遠隔で患者の皮膚に衝撃を与えることが可能な出力信号を生成し、前記出力信号により、前記患者の皮膚の衝撃付与領域においてハプティック感覚を引き起こす、少なくとも1つの送信機と、
前記患者の関心領域の現在の位置を決定する位置特定モジュールと、
前記患者の関心領域がイメージング装置又は放射線療法装置の中の目標エリア内にあるように、ユーザからの位置決め要求に応答して、又は、i)前記患者の関心領域の現在の位置と、ii)前記目標エリアとの間の距離に応じて、前記出力信号を修正して、前記患者による動きを制御するための制御論理回路とを備える、
システム。 - 前記出力信号を前記制御論理回路によって修正することが、i)前記関心領域に対する相対的な前記衝撃付与領域の位置を変更することと、ii)前記出力信号の強度又は周波数を変更することとのうちの任意の1つ又は複数を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御論理回路が、自動的に、又は、ユーザインターフェースを通じて受信される前記位置決め要求に応答して動作する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザインターフェースが、前記制御論理回路の遠隔制御を可能にする、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置特定モジュールが受信機に電気的に結合され、前記送信機からの出力信号が前記患者により反射された入来信号を前記受信機が感知し、前記位置特定モジュールが、前記入来信号に基づいて前記関心領域の前記現在の位置を決定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の心拍数に関連する測定信号を受信するコンディショナを備え、前記コンディショナが、前記測定信号に応じて前記出力信号を修正する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記送信機が、i)空中超音波ハプティック送信機、iii)前記出力信号は空気のジェットであるエアノズル、iv)レーザー送信機のうちの少なくとも1つとして構成されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者が、イメージング装置の中に存在し、又は、放射線療法実施装置の中に存在する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記イメージング装置が、X線イメージング装置、磁気共鳴イメージング装置、及びPET/SPECTイメージング装置のうちのいずれか1つである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御論理回路が、前記患者に伝えられるべき情報で前記出力信号を符号化する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステムの前記送信機を少なくとも含む、イメージング装置又は放射線療法実施装置。
- i)イメージング装置又は放射線療法実施装置と、ii)請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステムとを備える、装置。
- 医用イメージング又は放射線療法実施のためのイメージング装置又は放射線療法装置のボア内の患者の位置決めの方法であって、
前記患者の関心領域の現在の位置を決定するステップと、
前記患者の関心領域がイメージング装置又は放射線療法装置の中の目標エリア内にあるように、遠隔で、少なくとも1つの送信機を用いて、前記患者の皮膚に衝撃を与えることが可能な出力信号を生成し、前記出力信号により、前記患者の皮膚の衝撃付与領域においてハプティック感覚を引き起こすステップと、
ユーザからの位置決め要求に応答して、又は、i)前記患者の関心領域の現在の位置と、ii)前記目標エリアとの間の距離に応じて、前記患者の関心領域が前記目標エリア内にあるように前記出力信号を修正して、前記患者による動きを制御するステップとを有する、
方法。 - 少なくとも1つの処理ユニットによって実行されると、請求項13に記載の方法を前記処理ユニットに実行させる、コンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項14に記載のコンピュータプログラムが記憶されている、コンピュータ可読媒体。
