Description
Claims (7)
- 対象者の内部に配置可能な複数のフィデューシャルと、
前記対象者の解剖学的部位を実時間座標系内に実時間で撮像するために超音波を放出する超音波トランスデューサを含む超音波撮像ユニットと、
計画座標系内の前記対象者の解剖学的部位に送出される治療用放射線の計画された治療位置及び計画された治療用放射線量を明らかにするために少なくとも1つの放射線療法計画画像を使用する照射計画ユニットと、
前記対象者の内部の前記フィデューシャルの位置に基づいて前記計画座標系に対して前記実時間座標系を位置合せし、前記フィデューシャルの前記位置を実時間で追跡する画像融合ユニットと、
前記フィデューシャルの前記位置及び前記対象者の撮像済みの実時間の解剖学的部位に対する送出済みの治療用放射線の治療用放射線量を明らかにする送出評価ユニットと
前記計画座標系内の前記対象者の前記解剖学的部位に治療用放射線を送出する放射線療法送出機構と
を含む、放射線療法システムにおいて、
前記複数のフィデューシャルのそれぞれが、
少なくとも自己識別情報を伝送する無線送信機と、
放出された超音波を受信することに応答して活性化され、前記無線送信機に給電する圧電素子を含む、前記無線送信機に接続されるセンサと、
前記無線送信機及び前記センサをカプセル化する生体適合性素材で構成されるカプセルと
を含み、
前記送出評価ユニットは、前記伝送される自己識別情報に基づいて、前記フィデューシャルの前記位置を明らかにし、及び、前記放射線療法送出機構に基づいて、前記送出済みの治療用放射線の治療用放射線量を明らかにし、
前記画像融合ユニットが、超音波の伝送と受信との間の時間、1つ又は複数の放出された超音波の方向、及び受信される1つ又は複数の放出された超音波の振幅に基づいて前記超音波トランスデューサに対する前記フィデューシャルの位置を求め、
前記放射線療法システムは、伝送される前記自己識別情報を受信する、前記対象者の外部に位置する少なくとも1つのアンテナを更に含む
ことを特徴とする、放射線療法システム。 - 前記照射計画ユニットが、前記送出済みの治療用放射線に基づき、前記対象者の前記解剖学的部位に送出される治療用放射線の前記計画された治療用放射線量及び/又は前記計画された位置を修正する、請求項1に記載の放射線療法システム。
- 前記照射計画ユニットが、前記対象者の内部の前記フィデューシャルの位置に基づいて治療用放射線送出の計画されたタイミングを調節する、請求項1又は2に記載の放射線療法システム。
- 前記対象者の実時間撮像済みの解剖学的部位上に重ね合わせられた前記フィデューシャルの位置を表示する表示装置を更に含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の放射線療法システム。
- 前記放射線療法送出機構が外部のビーム照射療法装置を更に含み、
更に、前記送出評価ユニットが、外部のビーム照射療法装置の座標系に従い、ビームの形状、持続時間、及び前記外部のビーム照射療法装置からの方向に基づいて送出される治療用放射線の治療用放射線量及び前記治療用放射線の位置を受け取り、各標的組織及び1つ又は複数の危険臓器に送出される治療用放射線の治療用放射線量及び前記治療用放射線の位置を求める、請求項3又は請求項3に従属する請求項4に記載の放射線療法システム。 - 前記外部のビーム照射療法装置を制御し、治療計画に基づく形状、方向、強度、及び持続時間を持つ治療用放射線ビームを送出する放射線療法送出ユニットを更に含み、
前記照射計画ユニットが、前記対象者の内部の前記フィデューシャルの位置に基づいて、送出中に前記治療計画を修正すること、外部のビームをゲート制御すること、又は前記外部のビームの
コリメーションを調節することのうちの少なくとも1つを行う、請求項5に記載の放射線療法システム。 - 前記放射線療法送出機構が、前記フィデューシャル内に搭載される放射性の点放射源を含む、請求項3又は請求項3に従属する請求項4に記載の放射線療法システム。
