Claims (12)
- 試料水中の微生物を濃縮して濃縮液を精製する濃縮ステップと、
前記試料水又は前記濃縮液に含まれる阻害物質であって、前記微生物の測定を阻害する前記阻害物質を検出する検出ステップと、
前記検出ステップにおける検出結果に基づいて除去ステップを実行するか否かを判定する判定ステップと、
前記判定ステップにおいて実行すると判定すると前記濃縮液から前記阻害物質を除去する前記除去ステップと、
前記判定ステップ又は前記除去ステップの後に実行され、前記濃縮液に含まれる前記微生物を測定する測定ステップと、
を含み、
前記除去ステップにおいて、前記阻害物質の指標値に応じて前記濃縮液から前記阻害物質を除去する除去方法の条件が決定される、
水処理方法。 - 前記判定ステップにおいて、前記阻害物質の前記指標値が閾値に達したか否かを判定し、
前記判定ステップにおいて前記阻害物質の前記指標値が前記閾値に達したと判定すると前記除去ステップを実行する、
請求項1に記載の水処理方法。 - 前記検出ステップは、前記濃縮ステップの後に実行され、
前記検出ステップにおいて、前記濃縮液に含まれる前記阻害物質が検出される、
請求項1又は2に記載の水処理方法。 - 前記検出ステップは、前記濃縮ステップの前に実行され、
前記検出ステップにおいて、前記試料水に含まれる前記阻害物質が検出される、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の水処理方法。 - 前記濃縮ステップは、一次濃縮ステップと、一次濃縮ステップの後に実行される二次濃縮ステップと、を含む、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の水処理方法。 - 前記検出ステップは、前記一次濃縮ステップの後に実行され、
前記検出ステップにおいて、一次濃縮液に含まれる前記阻害物質が検出される、
請求項5に記載の水処理方法。 - 前記検出ステップは、前記二次濃縮ステップの後に実行され、
前記検出ステップにおいて、二次濃縮液に含まれる前記阻害物質が検出される、
請求項5又は6に記載の水処理方法。 - 前記閾値は、環境要因で高値を示した経験値から設定される、
請求項2に記載の水処理方法。 - 前記閾値は、前記阻害物質の前記指標値をフィードバックして機械学習に基づき算出される、
請求項2に記載の水処理方法。 - 前記閾値は、複数の前記指標値の主成分回帰分析及びクラシフィケーションを含む多変量解析又はニューラルネットワークにより得られた結果に基づき算出される、
請求項9に記載の水処理方法。 - 試料水中の微生物を濃縮して精製された濃縮液又は前記試料水に含まれる阻害物質であって、前記微生物の測定を阻害する前記阻害物質を検出するセンサ部と、
前記センサ部による検出結果に基づいて前記濃縮液から前記阻害物質を除去するか否かを判定する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記濃縮液から前記阻害物質を除去すると判定すると、前記濃縮液から前記阻害物質を除去する除去装置であって、前記阻害物質の指標値に応じて前記濃縮液から前記阻害物質を除去する除去方法の条件を決定する前記除去装置を前記微生物の測定前に前記濃縮液が通過するように水処理プロセスを制御する、
制御装置。 - 請求項11に記載の制御装置と、
前記試料水中の前記微生物を濃縮して前記濃縮液を精製する濃縮装置と、
前記濃縮液から前記阻害物質を除去する前記除去装置と、
前記濃縮液に含まれる前記微生物を測定する測定装置と、
を備える、
