Claims (9)
- 流路を流れる液体中の微生物の量に関連する指標値を検出する検出ステップと、
前記検出ステップにおいて検出された前記指標値の参照値と微生物学的負荷との相関を算出する算出ステップと、
前記算出ステップにおいて算出された前記相関が高い前記指標値を閾値として選択する選択ステップと、
前記検出ステップにおいて検出された前記指標値が前記選択ステップにおいて選択された前記閾値に達したか否かを判定する判定ステップと、
前記判定ステップにおいて前記指標値が前記閾値に達したと判定すると、前記流路を流れる前記液体を前記微生物の測定に用いられる液体試料として採水流路を介して採水する採水ステップと、
を含む、
採水方法。 - 前記採水ステップにおいて採水された前記液体を貯水槽に溜める貯水ステップを含む、
請求項1に記載の採水方法。 - 前記採水ステップにおいて採水された前記液体に含まれる前記微生物をフィルタにより回収する回収ステップを含む、
請求項1又は2に記載の採水方法。 - 前記回収ステップにおいて前記フィルタにより回収された前記微生物を濃縮して濃縮液を精製する濃縮ステップを含む、
請求項3に記載の採水方法。 - 流路を流れる液体中の微生物の量に関連する指標値を検出するセンサ部と、
前記センサ部により検出された前記指標値が閾値に達したか否かを判定する演算部と、
前記指標値が前記閾値に達したと前記演算部が判定すると、前記流路を流れる前記液体を前記微生物の測定に用いられる液体試料として採水するように採水流路を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記演算部は、前記センサ部により検出された前記指標値の参照値と微生物学的負荷との相関を算出し、前記相関が高い前記指標値を前記閾値として選択する、

前記液体試料として採水される前記液体が流れる前記採水流路と、

採水システム。 - 前記制御部による前記採水流路の制御に基づいて採水された前記液体を溜める貯水槽を備える、
請求項6に記載の採水システム。 - 前記制御部による前記採水流路の制御に基づいて採水された前記液体に含まれる前記微生物を回収するフィルタを備える、
請求項6又は7に記載の採水システム。 - 前記フィルタにより回収された前記微生物を濃縮して濃縮液を精製する濃縮装置を備える、
請求項8に記載の採水システム。
