Claims (7)
- 順次に連通する昇温空間、温度維持空間、および冷却空間を含む内部空間を含む焼成炉;
前記内部空間に沿って配置され、正極材を収納するサヤを前記昇温空間から前記温度維持空間を経て前記冷却空間に移送する複数のローラー;
前記複数のローラーを挟んで前記内部空間に沿って配置された複数のヒーター;
前記内部空間と連結され、前記内部空間にガスを供給する複数の給気部;および
前記内部空間と連結され、前記内部空間からガスを排気する複数の排気部
を含み、
前記温度維持空間の断面積は、前記昇温空間の断面積および前記冷却空間の断面積に対比して小さい、二次電池正極材焼成装置。 - 前記温度維持空間を形成する前記焼成炉の第1内壁は、前記昇温空間を形成する前記焼成炉の第2内壁および前記冷却空間を形成する前記焼成炉の第3内壁に対比して前記複数のローラーとさらに近い、請求項1に記載の二次電池正極材焼成装置。
- 前記複数のヒーターは、
前記第1内壁内部に位置する第1ヒーター;
前記第2内壁と離隔して前記昇温空間に位置する第2ヒーター;および
前記第3内壁と離隔して前記冷却空間に位置する第3ヒーター
を含む、請求項2に記載の二次電池正極材焼成装置。 - 前記第1ヒーターは、前記第2ヒーターおよび前記第3ヒーターに対比して小さな容量を有する、請求項3に記載の二次電池正極材焼成装置。
- 前記焼成炉の第2内壁から垂直方向に延長された第1隔壁;および
前記焼成炉の第3内壁から垂直方向に延長された第2隔壁
をさらに含み、
前記第1隔壁の端部および前記第2隔壁の端部は前記第2内壁と水平線上に位置する、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池正極材焼成装置。 - 前記複数の給気部は、
前記昇温空間の下部と連結された第1給気部;
前記温度維持空間の下部と連結された第2給気部;および
前記冷却空間の下部と連結された第3給気部
を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池正極材焼成装置。 - 前記複数の排気部は、
前記昇温空間の上部と連結された第1排気部;および
前記冷却空間の上部と連結された第2排気部
を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池正極材焼成装置。
