Description
長手方向に沿って非反射セグメントおよび反射セグメントを含み、太陽電池を電気的に接続するための導電部材であって、前記非反射セグメントおよび前記反射セグメントの両方は、平らな接触面を有し、前記反射セグメントは、その平らな接触面とは反対側を向いた反射面を有し、前記非反射セグメントは、その長手方向に垂直な第1の断面を有し、前記反射セグメントは、その長手方向に垂直な第2の断面を有し、前記第1の断面の面積は、前記第2の断面の面積と等しい太陽電池を電気的に接続するための導電部材である。
S102:第1のプレスローラ101と第2のプレスローラ102を逆方向に相対回転させる。この過程において、第1のプレスローラ101と第2のプレスローラ102との間に導電材料10aを供給し続けることで連続型の光反射性導電部材10bを製造できる。
S302:第1のプレスローラ301と第2のプレスローラ302を逆方向に相対回転させる。この過程において、第1のプレスローラ301と第2のプレスローラ302との間に導電材料を供給し続ける。
S402:圧延対象となる導電材料(例えば、円形の導電テープ)を圧延台403に置き、導電材料を第1の溝412および第2の溝422に沿って等間隔で配列する。
S403:第1のプレスロール401および第2のプレスロール402を、圧延台403に接触するまで圧延台403に向かって移動させる。
S404:第1のプレスローラ401および第2のプレスローラ402を、図の中のD1方向に沿って転がす。第1のプレスロール401と第2のプレスロール402の転がり距離は、反射セグメントの長さまたは非反射セグメントの長さとほぼ等しい。
ステップS2:第2の太陽電池22を用意する。
ステップS3:既定の長さの導電部材を用意する。導電部材は、非反射セグメント11および反射セグメント12を含む。非反射セグメント11の導電部材の長手方向に垂直な断面積は、反射セグメント12の導電部材の長手方向に垂直な断面積と等しい。
ステップS4:非反射セグメント11を第1の太陽電池21の裏面に電気的に接続する。
ステップS5:反射セグメント12を第2の太陽電池22の表面に電気的に接続する。
ステップS32:非光反射性導電部材の第1のセグメントに変形圧力を加えて該第1のセグメントを反射セグメントとなるように変形させる。
ステップS34:光反射性導電部材の第1のセグメントに変形圧力を加えて該第1のセグメントを非反射セグメントとなるように変形させる。例えば、プラテン60を用いて上記の三角形の導電部材の1つのセグメントに圧力を加えて該セグメントを非反射セグメント11となるように変形させる。

Claims (10)
- 長手方向に沿って第1セグメントおよび第2セグメントを含み、太陽電池を電気的に接続するための導電部材であって、前記第1セグメントおよび前記第2セグメントの両方は、平らな接触面を有し、前記第2セグメントは、その平らな接触面とは反対側を向いた反射面を有し、前記第1セグメントは、その長手方向に垂直な第1の断面を有し、前記第2セグメントは、その長手方向に垂直な第2の断面を有し、前記第1の断面の面積は、前記第2の断面の面積と等しく、前記第1の断面は第1の矩形部を含み、前記第2の断面は第2の矩形部と反射部とを含み、前記反射部の断面形状は、三角形、台形、円弧状の頂部を有する三角形、又は半楕円形であり、前記第1の矩形部の高さは前記第2の矩形部の高さと等しいことを特徴とする太陽電池を電気的に接続するための導電部材。
- 前記第2セグメントの反射面は、第1の反射面および第2の反射面を含み、前記第1の反射面と第2の反射面とがなす角度αは、
60°≦α≦138.5°、
60°≦α≦90°、
90°≦α≦138.5°、または
99°≦α≦138.5°の条件のうちのいずれか一方を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。 - 前記第1セグメントの平らな接触面は、その長手方向に垂直な第1の幅を有し、前記第2セグメントの平らな接触面は、その長手方向に垂直な第2の幅を有し、前記第1の幅は、前記第2の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。
- 前記導電部材は、前記第1セグメントと前記第2セグメントとの間に接続された移行セグメントをさらに含み、前記移行セグメントの高さは、前記第2セグメントの高さよりも小さく、且つ前記第1セグメントの高さよりも大きく、前記第1セグメントから離れる方向に向かって徐々に大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。
- 前記第2セグメントの前記第2の断面は、前記第2の矩形部と三角形部を含み、前記第2の矩形部の高さは、前記第1セグメントの前記第1の断面に含まれる前記第1の矩形部の高さと等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。
- 前記第2セグメントの平らな接触面の幅の範囲は、0.2~0.9mmであり、前記第1セグメントの高さの範囲は、0.1~0.32mmであり、前記第1セグメントの平らな接触面の幅の範囲は、0.2~1.4mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。
- 前記第1セグメントと前記第2セグメントは、一体成形されており、前記第1セグメントの縦方向における長さは、前記第2セグメントの縦方向における長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。
- 前記第2セグメントは、その長手方向に沿って延びる弧状の頂部または平らな頂部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。
- 第1の太陽電池と、第2の太陽電池と、前記第1の太陽電池と前記第2の太陽電池とを電気的に接続した導電部材とを含む光起電モジュールであって、前記導電部材は、前記第1の太陽電池の裏面に電気的に接続された第1セグメントと、前記第2の太陽電池の表面に電気的に接続された第2セグメントとを含み、前記第1セグメントおよび前記第2セグメントの両方は、平らな接触面を有し、前記第2セグメントは、その平らな接触面とは反対側を向いた反射面を有し、前記第1セグメントは、その長手方向に垂直な第1の断面を有し、前記第2セグメントは、その長手方向に垂直な第2の断面を有し、前記第1の断面の面積は、前記第2の断面の面積と等しく、前記第1の断面は第1の矩形部を含み、前記第2の断面は第2の矩形部と反射部とを含み、前記反射部の断面形状は、三角形、台形、円弧状の頂部を有する三角形、又は半楕円形であり、前記第1の矩形部の高さは前記第2の矩形部の高さと等しいことを特徴とする光起電モジュール。
