Description
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一つの絶縁層(2)と、
前記絶縁層(2)に固定された少なくとも一つの導電性の線(4)と、を含み、
前記導電性の線(4)は、実質的に直線形状の線分である複数の伸びる部分(3)と、前記伸びる部分(3)を相互に接続する複数の接続部分と、を有し、前記複数の伸びる部分(3)のうちの隣り合う伸びる部分は、互いに違う方向に向き、前記絶縁層(2)は、熱可塑性重合性の素材で製造され、
前記導電性の線(4)から延びる伝熱性の素材の複数の分岐(5)が設けられている、フレキシブル導電性要素(1)。 - 前記少なくとも一つの絶縁層(2)は、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレン・テレフタレート、及びポリウレタンから選択される熱可塑性重合性素材で製造される、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 全体の厚さは0.1~1.4mmの間である、請求項1又は2に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 前記全体の厚さが0.1~0.8mmの間である、請求項3に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 少なくとも一つの導電性の線(4)は、10~200マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 少なくとも一つの導電性の線(4)は、アルミニウム、コンスタンタン、銅、洋銀、鋼、インコネル、真鍮から選択される素材で製造される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 前記隣り合う伸びる部分(3)は、0.5mmより大きい曲率半径で接続される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 前記曲率半径は1mmよりも大きい、請求項7に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 前記フレキシブル導電性要素(1)の長手方向の軸Xに平行な、前記少なくとも一つの導電性の線(4)のうちの伸びる部分の全体的な割合は、前記少なくとも一つの導電性の線(4)のうちの伸びる部分の全体の数の50%よりも低い、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 前記導電性の線(4)は、金属の箔で形成されるか、又は前記導電性の線(4)は、導電性のインクで形成される、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの絶縁層(2)は、熱可塑性重合性の非エラストマ素材で製造される、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの絶縁層(2)は、90~500マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル導電性要素(1)で被覆された、車両のステアリングホイール。
