Description
Xは、NまたはOであり、
R1は、水素またはメチル基であり、
nは、10~30の整数である。
のホスフィンオキシド系化合物;3,3’-カルボニルビニル-7-(ジエチルアミノ)クマリン、3-(2-ベンゾチアゾリル)-7-(ジエチルアミノ)クマリン、3-ベンゾイル-7-(ジエチルアミノ)クマリン、3-ベンゾイル-7-メトキシ-クマリン、または10,10’-カルボニルビス[1,1,7,7-テトラメチル-2,3,6,7-テトラヒドロ-1H,5H,11H-Cl]-ベンゾピラノ[6,7,8-ij]-キノリジン-11-オンなどのクマリン系化合物などを単独使用するか、2以上を混合して使用することができるが、これに限定されない。
23℃で2時間放置後の初期粘着力が50gf/2.54cm(インチ)以下であり、
23℃で24時間放置後の中期粘着力が55gf/2.54cm(インチ)以下であり、
55℃で24時間放置後の後期粘着力が60gf/2.54cm(インチ)以下である粘着フィルムを提供する。
<製造例1>(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂の重合
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA、Ehylhexylacrylate)/メチルメタクリレート(MMA、Methylmethacrylate)/N-ビニルピロリドン(VP、N-Vinylpyrrolidone)/ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA、hydroxyethylacrylate)を65/20/5/10の重量比でエチルアセテート(EA、Ethyl Acetate)に投入した後、熱重合開始剤のアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)を投入して、重量平均分子量100万g/molの(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂を製造した。
下記表1の組成および溶融温度を有する重合体を製造した。
<実施例1>
前記製造例1で製造した(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂100重量部に対して、イソシアネート架橋剤(Sam Young Ink社、DR7030HD)を1重量部添加した後、前記製造例2で重合された製造1の重合体を3重量部添加した後、トルエン溶液で固形分が20%となるように粘着剤組成物を製造した。
前記製造例1で製造した(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂100重量部に対して、イソシアネート架橋剤(Sam Young Ink社、DR7030HD)を1重量部添加した後、前記製造例2で重合された製造2の重合体を5重量部添加した後、トルエン溶液で固形分が20%となるように粘着剤組成物を製造した。
前記製造例1で製造した(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂100重量部に対して、イソシアネート架橋剤(Sam Young Ink社、DR7030HD)を1重量部添加した後、トルエン溶液で固形分が20%となるように粘着剤組成物を製造した。
前記製造例1で製造した(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂100重量部に対して、イソシアネート架橋剤(Sam Young Ink社、DR7030HD)を1重量部添加した後、前記製造例2で重合された製造3の重合体を3重量部添加した後、トルエン溶液で固形分が20%となるように粘着剤組成物を製造した。
前記製造例1で製造した(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂100重量部に対して、イソシアネート架橋剤(Sam Young Ink社、DR7030HD)を1重量部添加した後、前記製造例2で重合された製造4の重合体を3重量部添加した後、トルエン溶液で固形分が20%となるように粘着剤組成物を製造した。

Claims (11)
- 基材フィルムと、
前記基材フィルムの一面に備えられた粘着剤組成物またはその硬化物を含む粘着シートとを含む粘着フィルムであって、
前記粘着剤組成物は、
(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂;および
溶融温度(melting temperature、Tm)が60℃以上の重合体を含み、
前記重合体は、単官能ポリシロキサンおよび1種のモノマーの共重合体であり、
前記(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂は、(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂100重量部を基準として、アルキルアクリレート50~70重量部、アルキルメタクリレート5~40重量部、窒素含有単量体0.1~10重量部、およびヒドロキシアルキルアクリレート1~30重量部を含み、
前記溶融温度が60℃以上の重合体は、前記溶融温度が60℃以上の重合体100重量部を基準として、前記単官能ポリシロキサン10重量部以上40重量部以下、および前記モノマー60重量部以上90重量部以下で含み、
前記粘着剤組成物は、(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂100重量部を基準として、前記溶融温度が60℃以上の重合体1~10重量部を含み、
前記粘着シートの前記基材フィルムと接する面の反対面をステンレス(SUS304基板)に対して接合後、
23℃で2時間放置後の初期粘着力が50gf/2.54cm(インチ)以下であり、
23℃で24時間放置後の中期粘着力が55gf/2.54cm(インチ)以下であり、
55℃で24時間放置後の後期粘着力が60gf/2.54cm(インチ)以下であり、
前記モノマーは、下記化学式1で表されるものである、粘着フィルム:

nは、10~30の整数である。 - 前記nが16~24の整数である、請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記化学式1で表されるモノマーは、BHA(ベヘニルメタクリレート)である、請求項1または2に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤組成物は、溶媒、分散剤、光開始剤、熱開始剤、および粘着付与剤からなる群より選択された1つ以上を追加的に含むものである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着シートの前記基材フィルムが接する面の反対面に離型フィルムをさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記後期粘着力/前記初期粘着力が0.3以上2.0以下である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着シートの厚さは、3μm以上100μm以下である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムの厚さは、50μm以上300μm以下である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の粘着フィルムと、
前記粘着フィルムの前記基材フィルム側に備えられた保護フィルムとを含むバックプレートフィルム。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の粘着フィルムと、
前記粘着フィルムの前記粘着シート側に備えられたプラスチック基板と、
前記プラスチック基板の前記粘着フィルムと接する面の反対面に備えられた有機発光層とを含むプラスチック有機発光ディスプレイ。 - 前記粘着フィルムの前記基材フィルム側に備えられた保護フィルムを含むものである、請求項10に記載のプラスチック有機発光ディスプレイ。
