Description
と、を備える。ロータコア27は、磁性材料からなる複数枚の板部材を軸線方向Xに積み重ねた積層コアである。図3に示すように、ロータコア27は、回転軸4が貫通する中心穴を備える環状部29と、環状部29から径方向の外側に突出する6本の突極部30と、を備える。ロータコア27は、環状部29の中心穴に回転軸4を貫通させて、回転軸4に固定されている。
次に、図4を参照して駆動マグネッットを詳細に説明する。図4では、駆動マグネット24の形状を分かりやすくするために、形状の特徴を誇張して示す。図5は、駆動マグネット24の着磁波形の説明図である。図6は、着磁領域45の着磁分極線と分割領域の境界とのずれ角とモータ1のコギングトルクとの関係の説明図である。
上記の例では、モータ1は、ブラシ付きモータであるが、ブラシレスモータに本発明を適用できることは勿論である。
Claims (5)
- ロータと、
前記ロータを囲む環状の駆動マグネットと、を有し、
前記駆動マグネットは、全周を等角度間隔で2の倍数に分割した複数の着磁領域を備えるとともに、前記全周を前記着磁領域の数と同数で等角度間隔に分割した複数の分割領域を備え、
隣り合う2つの前記着磁領域は、互いに異なる極であり、
各分割領域における前記駆動マグネットの内周面は、周方向の中央から両端の前記分割領域の境界に向かって前記ロータの回転中心線からの距離が長くなり、
隣り合う2つの前記着磁領域の着磁分極線と、隣り合う2つの前記分割領域の境界とは、前記周方向でずれていることを特徴とするモータ。 - 前記駆動マグネットの外周面は、円形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 各分割領域は、径方向の厚みが、周方向の中央部分から周方向の両端に向かって薄くなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のモータ。
- 前記ロータは、等角度間隔で径方向に延びる3の倍数の突極を備えるコアと、各突極に巻き回された駆動コイルと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- 前記コアは、6つの突極を備え、
前記駆動マグネットは、4つの前記着磁領域を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のモータ。
